Clean Room, Great Customer Service

Clean room, clean bathroom, touched up our room even though we didn't ask (2 night stay) which was a really nice suprise. Friendly staff, offered our team Avid sunglasses in the lobby which was really cool for the girls.

The staff was very amicable, friendly and accommodating. I was having an issue with the remote for the TV and very helpful and informative.

Been staying in hotel for business for the past yr or so. Front desk personnel are very courteous and friendly. Always ready to help find room. Maria always has smile and is very friendly even when front desk is very busy.

We had a basic request at check-in and were met with some of the worst service from this management. After being a loyal customer here, we will not return.
We needed 2 beds in the room but the assigned room only had 1 bed. Instead of reassigning our room before check-in (over phone), or during check-in (after 8pm), they required us to pay for 2 separate rooms as the only option to get 2 beds, even when there was availability for a room with 2 beds open at check-in. They weren't sold out, and wouldn't even let me pay for the room rate difference to get "upgraded" to a room with 2 beds.
It is a pretty basic ask, and the service and manager's responses were poor at best. I don't write reviews, but have to warn people of this. I've never seen such a lack of ability to work with your loyal customer. The manager wouldn't talk with me directly ever and still hasn't responded to my emails and phone calls (I asked at check-in, check-out, and a week after).

Very nice Hotel & staff , close to everything, clean property and dog friendly, The pool looks inviting, plenty of parking , and I like the fact that they have sweets for you to purchase and coffee available all day

Room is not clean enough, very obvious large area of stain on one of the towels which looked like hair dye colour, found hairs on shower walls and bathroom floor. Also dust and hairs underneath side night stand.
For the price and a world known hotel group, the room and bathroom cleanliness really need some improvement and I did not expect a grab and go breakfast.
Could not sleep well because our room was facing the main road, it was noisy outside when cars passed by.
Great service and room.

Exceptional service and room quality, Maria was very helpful after a long road trip she was kind enough to let me check in early. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again and definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in that area. Very beautiful property.

A nice hotel but not the friendly staff

I was planning to write a review on Google, but I’ll do that later when I have more time. During check-in, the front desk staff member named Ellen was not friendly. When I tried to ask her something, she was texting on her phone and told me to wait. The next day, I went to the front desk to get a towel and had to wait again because she was busy texting. This is not what I consider good customer service. Ellen was neither friendly nor pleasant. While the hotel itself is great, the staff needs improvement.

Our first time at Avid in Wenatchee,Wa. We were greeted so friendly by Francisco, such a nice gentleman, and helpful. we arrived late and inquired about a fine restaurant we remembered from a few years past. Francisco said “yes I know the restaurant, very fine Italian food, it’s called Visconti’s. It’s very close, come outside with me and I will point it out to you.” The hotel and the room is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in a good location for our travels. It is dog friendly, important since we travel with our golden retriever. The next morning Paul greeted us so friendly, loved up on our dog and gave him some treats. It’s evident that the staff likes where they work, and we are so appreciate of the folks that are working now-a-days. Thanks to Avid and the staff, for making our travels delightful.
