Not worth the price. Traffic and congestion everywhere. Hotel facilities are not being maintained as they should be. Probably be happier getting a cheaper and nicer Airbnb or VRBO. Very disappointed.

Great amenities. Comfortable rooms. Great beach.

Really 4.5 stars because both of our rooms' ocean views were restricted or obliterated by PALM TREES RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BALCONY. WHY?? Ask for a room without a restricted ocean view.

Otherwise get amenities and lots to do for families. A private contractor will come around so that you can pay for the chairs/umbrellas that you're using. We literally spent all day out there on the beach.

Pretty good food for breakfast and for dinner (not included). The waffles were especially delicious.

The rooms were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second year in a row to stay at this property. It is a fantastic, family-friendly resort! You will not be disappointed.

EV chargers don't work

I had a two night stay that was two separate bookings because one night was on points. When we arrived, we were informed that the parking cost was $20. I told the check in person that the webpage said it was $15 and was informed it had gone up to $20. One night I was charged the $15 (as I should have been since the webpage was still saying $15 at check in and the reservation had been made before the price allegedly increased.
This reservation was also specifically made at this property because of the EV charging station. When we tried to use it, neither charger would work. I informed the front desk of this, and was met with a "oh well" attitude.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted at the front desk Check in was quick - but thorough. Our clerk informed us of check in-out time, location and hours of the kids club, location of the indoor pool, gym and how to access the outdoor lazy river. The room was clean, the linen fresh, the hallways were clean and clutter free.There were plenty of activities that kept my kids amused.
The buffet breakfast was delicious- with a decent assortment of dishes.
The pool/lazy river was clean and well maintained, as were the pool house bathrooms. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was very convenient.
We look forward to visiting again.

Great service, clean rooms and comfy beds.

This was a nice, clean hotel with a great beach view and access. ALL of the employees were very accommodating and hospitable during my stay on May 16-17. In particular, Fiona, Kerry-Ann, Meg, and Todd went above and beyond and deserve to be recognized. Also the restaurant staff on the evening of May 16 and morning of Mat 17 deserve recognition as well as they also went above and beyond and were so very friendly. The company I work for stays here frequently, but this was my first time here. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to complaint. Everything was wonderful like service, clinliness, breakfast, pool, location, beach view, balcony and check in & out.

hotel is always our favorite we come 1-2 times a year. The ice machine being down always problematic, this was the first time all were down. Other than that, the atmosphere was great and the gentleman that runs the indoor bar is awesome.

Vacation to start the summer

We stayed here because we have heard great things about this hotel. When we arrived the person checking us in was very rushed in how she checked us into the hotel, had to ask her several times to slow down and repeat herself, which irritated her. The restaurant only had one person sitting guests and taking food and drinks orders, and there were several guests eating that night. Staff looking right at you and walking right by without asking if they could help. Ice makers were down the entire time, had to go to the bar or restaurant to get ice. Constant smell of marijuana smoke in the hallways to the point of making you sick. Front desk staff would not help or had the attitude that someone else will help them never acknowledged the guests standing there waiting to ask a question or needing help with something. The cleaning staff were friendly, and acknowledged the guests as they were leaving their rooms. I’m thinking a complete overhaul of the staff, to make sure they understand that the customers/guests are spending money at their hotel/resort, and they should do everything to make that stay as positive as possible.

Rudeness and bad customer service

So for starters; my friend who also book the hotel at the same time as us; was called the day we checked in and was told the hotel was overbooked, they asked her if she wanted to move to the sister hotel next door, she told no. They called back and told her something was wrong with her room so now she had no choice but to go next door to the sister hotel. Then I left my headphones at the hotel; I called the hotel and explained to them that my tracker is saying the headphones is still at the hotel; they did an investigation on it, called me back and told me no one turned it headphones. My headphones is still showing it's at that hotel.
