Don’t waste time

Only 2 ice machines worked for 5 floors June 2022. March 2023 all 5 floors are without ice machines. All broke. Only one that works is in the restaurant area.
Pillows were very flat. Not comfortable.
Refrigerator didn’t work.
No soap in bathroom. Was told they are “out”
Gold member not allowed to check in early or on time. Room wasn’t ready at 320pm nor 4pm at normal check in time.

Lauren was the first person to help us and her unwelcoming attitude and lack of communication of what we wanted almost caused us to cancel our reservation and leave. While we were deciding on what to do came our knight and shining armer Kerry Ann. Kerry Ann’s smile in our direction changed everything. She instantly made us feel welcomed. Her energy and demeanor was next level of customer service. It never changed and only got better. She made our family vacation that much better. The food was wonderful Leanne helped the most and was wonderful at her job, every one was great. Jay has got an amazing group of people working for him and he’s fantastic and running a great place. Would definitely recommend this place and if you are lucky enough to get Kerry Ann to help you, you will know what I mean.

Hotel needs to be refreshed and cleaned. Broken lamps, old outlets made the room feel unclean and out dated.

I stayed for a conference across the street. Food was great, staff was friendly, room was comfortable and clean. Bartender was awesome, great conservations, made me feel welcome. The close location to the boardwalk restaurants and shops made it that much better.
Nice hotel with very limited food service

The hotel is nice and clean, staff are attentive and friendly. On the beach with easy access to parking lot and beach. Drawback is very limited food options onsite. We ate chicken wings at the hotel restaurant and they were not good. Other food options involved a long walk or drive.

The food was the best and the servers was outstanding and they are every word of exceptional hospitality. I give the kitchen crew a thumbs up keep up the good work it doesn't go unnoticed.

Had a trip further South but decided on the panhandle once we got to the area. It was a wonderful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Pool closed due to maintenance. Joe at the bar was wonderful and made the three days a blast. He was attentive. Great staff.

Slept very well. Very comfortable bed and covers. The lazy river was being fixed so it was out of order, but had access to the very cold one next door lol. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. I would recommend. It’s close to a lot of fun things to do.

Overall a great stay. We had a "view" room and the view of the Gulf was fantastic. Good size, quiet room even with neighbors in the same floor. Fridge and HVAC worked great and were very quiet. Happy with the stay overall.
