Clean Stay, But Breakfast and Amenities Fell Short

The hotel /Room was clean and in good repair, but lacked a closet or anywhere to hang clothes. Only one set of towels at check-in (front desk fixed quickly). Breakfast was disappointing—limited options, bacon only once in three days, watery sausage, little fresh fruit. Coffee ran out often with little staff monitoring. The price was great, but not the quality I’ve come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Staff was great. Just a few inconveniences. Like redoing room cards. Broken ironing board and no shower curtain upon arrival.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at!!! Elevators did not work, no drinks at breakfast, no employees working front just owners, no towels when first walked in room........

Rooms are cramped. Bring your own water and coffee. I wouldn't eat the breakfast as we all got sick from ours. If you have a disability you will still be climbing the stairs. Lady at the desk was polite for someone that had to work overnight.

Comfortable stay. Pool was used twice during whole stay and both times was really dirty and they have no shade by the pool. Had two rooms with 1pm check out but one of the rooms was told they had to vacate the room by 11am.

A bump here and there but overall a good place to stay. The breakfast was delicious though the second day the orange juice was broken. The pool was warm with some easily removable particles in it. The room was relaxing and quiet.

Good stay and room was clean as always, however, this time the room had a musty smell. I'm not sure if it's the carpet or air conditioner. Other than that, relaxing stay as always.

We had so many problems- staff not providing enough towels for the 6 people we had, tub not having a stopper to bathe kids, the room didn’t look like it’d been vacuumed. The breakfast looked like it was being put away at 8 when it was supposed to be open til 9, and they panicked when people were still showing up. There was a tiny dog barking in a room down the hall from us ALL NIGHT that the staff did nothing about. Overall, hotel is fine if you need somewhere to stay quick and cheap, but we had children and needed something clean and comfortable, with caring staff, and this wasn’t it.

I was very disappointed in the Hotel, definitely not what I normally get when I stay at a Holiday Inn
Mattress looked like it had spackling and paint on it and yellow stains
There was no way to deadbolt the door and when I went to the front desk I was offered a door hanger saying still sleeping and told they would send housekeeping....
No covers over the outlets which is very dangerous for families traveling with children
The towels were very worn and frayed
I tried to call the front desk to let them know I would be checking out early and the phone in the room did not work

Shabbiest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at …DONT DO IT! Stay somewhere else. This hotel is in need of a makeover, but Holiday Inn nor the owner cares because if you read the reviews this has been bad for a very long time. My mistake was not reading the reviews but I have never had trouble with Holiday Inn Inn before.

Weekend quick trip was cozy
