I tried to take a shower at 9:30 PM the night we checked in. No hot water after several minutes of waiting. Could not reach the front desk by phone. Went to lobby and talked to person at front desk. He told me that a college athletic team was staying in the hotel and they used all the hot water for the entire hotel (I'm not kidding). I told him that did not seem right and told him it sounded like he either needed to talk to the owner or call for maintenance. He refused to do either. I then called Holiday Inn corporate office. They started a ticket and said they would call back within the hour. They never called back. In the morning there was still no hot water. I was told at the front desk when checking out that the gas company had turned off the gas for some reason (was this the truth or another lie?). I have still not heard back from the corporate office about the ticket I started.

This is a great place to stay. Everytime we stay here, we are pleased with our choice.
Room is quiet and clean. The attendants are friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend.
Very unexpected experience

Staff was very friendly and quick to help however they could but it wasn't much. There was food on the floor of our room upon check-in. Our window unit was broken and only blowing cold air and we were told maintenance doesn't work weekends and hotel was sold out so we couldn't be moved to another room. Pull-out couch mattress was filthy (they quickly brought us a new one). The regular beds were so uncomfortable and resulted in horrible sleep for all of us. Bathroom was clean and good temperature and water pressure in the shower. The pool room was freezing. The elevator quit working at check-out time and we had to carry all our belongings/bags down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast was just ok, cinnamon rolls were really good and staff kept everything stocked during breakfast hours. Location was great, plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. We've stayed in countless hotels and never had an experience like this at a Holiday Inn

Check in was fast! Room was clean. Bed was comfy and quiet. Our only complaints are the TV service was not good. Lost connection 2 out of 3 nights. Thank goodness we had our iPad and we were able to stream Sling with that. Also, breakfast was not real tasty. It was ok but not great.

We started off in room 425 which was great. Loved it. Just needed a few things wiped down. Very comfortable bed. When we went to leave, the door wasn't locking so we had to be moved. We ended up in 318 which had a really uncomfortable bed. So much so my husband slept on the couch cushions on the floor. My neck was killing me. Then there were sticky spots in the floor. Finger marks on the head board, water damage in the ceiling and the kitchen cabinets had water marks down them like something spilled down them. We swam in the pool and the first time noticed the dirt spots on the bottom. I also removed some plastic thing that looked like it was a tag to clothing. Day 2 in the pool we noticed all the rust on things above the pool and ceiling damage. There was paint coming off and it was on the floor not cleaned up. Overall, needs updates and to be cleaned. We ran out of towels and they didn't leave sheets for the pull out couch. There was not enough cups for tea or coffee in the room. I would not stay here again unless it was renovated and cleaned better.

Niesamowici ludzie i świetne udogodnienia. Naprawdę podobało mi się, jak szybko mnie zameldowali i wymeldowali.
Basen był łaźnią lodową i w naszym pokój nie było wystarczającej liczby ręczników?

Zatrzymaliśmy 2 się na (0) noce. Pierwszego wieczoru poszliśmy na basen, aby popływać, który bardziej przypominał kąpiel lodową niż basen. Byliśmy w pokój 6, w którym można było 3 spać2 } Następnej nocy, ponownie, 3 004 ręczników kąpielowych. Drugiego ranka zeszliśmy na śniadanie o godzinie 8:45, które miało trwać do 9:30, i prawie wszystko było puste i nie było uzupełniane.

Miałem w większości wspaniały pobyt w Holiday Inn. pokój był przestronny i wygodny, chociaż mógł być trochę czystszy. Trevor w recepcji był fantastyczny, super przyjazny i pomocny, dzięki czemu moja wizyta była jeszcze lepsza! Niestety basen nie miał ogrzewania, a ponieważ była zima, było zbyt zimno, aby pływać. To było wielkie rozczarowanie. Mimo to doskonała obsługa i wygodny pokój mogą mnie skłonić do powrotu na kolejny pobyt.
