Road noise, a/c in first room rattled all night. i asked and they moved me to a better location. Workers who were guest hanging around outside of the pool, talking loudly and swearing . Kept me awake on the 4th floor. Bad highway noise on the front side of building. if you stay in 425 the toilet will not refill. Reported problem , was supposed to be looked at that evening. Issue was never addressed, I delt with the problem and left the next day .

Out hotel rooms was extremely dirty with tons of mold around the bathtub, the bathroom mirrors was shattered (I called to report it and they said they knew and still had us in that room) air conditioner didn’t work or wasn’t able to keep cool, and the dust on all surfaces we could write out names.
But, the breakfast was great with a good selection.

From the time we booked our room on the phone to our arrival and checkout, we were met with friendly staff. We were offered complimentary water and our grandchildren were greeted and given beach balls for the pool. The lady serving breakfast was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of selections. We had two rooms and they were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our grandchildren and their parents enjoyed the pool.

Outstanding customer service! Outstanding experience!! Very clean hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, Cimberly provided the best customer service we have ever experienced. She deserves special recognition for the way she performed her duties that night. Unbelievably well trained and unseen in all of our global travels. Our group has been travelling for business and pleasure for over six decades and we rarely provide feedback to the hotels we stay in, but we discussed the experience at length and we all agree she provided the best reception we've ever experienced. Well done! We will definitely stay at this location again if we're in the area and given a choice. Thanks to the entire hotel staff for a job well done, but especially to Cimberly. We will spread the word!!

We stayed for one night and brought our dog along. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast was really great with many options. I would definitely stay here again.
