I literally have no compliance. This is my first visit at this hotel and it was extremely wonderful. I'm a truck driver, so I required some much needed sleep in a peaceful environment.

I always prefer an express on my travels. Usually $10-20 more but it’s worth the comfort. Very clean.

Be warned, when this hotel is sold out, parking is at a premium, staff overall is very friendly and helpful, but there was 1 certain employee that was pretty much down right mean. Rooms are very outdated, no place to hang towels or wash clothes, A/C wouldn't keep up with secondary room, it was hot, and our child didn't sleep well. Just needs updated. Some attractions near, but mostly had to driver about 10-20 mins to have more choices. It served its purpose of having place to sleep, but wouldn't stay there again.

The room was nice. The check in process took forever. The process was more waiting for the front counter person to check in than the whole process. The hotel needs more parking.

Overpriced for the condition of the rooms. The beds were great, but we had to switch rooms because upon getting into the room we discovered the the window blind was broken and would not close, leaving about 12" of the bottom window without blinds/light blocking. The desk clerk was clearly doing multiple jobs and handled it like a champ with grace and kindness. Upon entering the room, we saw that the blinds in this room were also broken and wouldn't open. OK, I'll take a room with darkness in the morning and privacy over the other room, but seriously?
I know IHG, I routinely show up with my own K-cups. Kind of worthless since I found out at 6am that the coffee maker was also broken. Seriously? I had to wait for my husband to wake, put pants on and get me a coffee from the lobby, which btw, was really weak crummy coffee. Kind of capped off our disappointment in this particular IHG.

Rooms were very large and well designed. Bed was comfortable. Liked having a separate space with a couch and a tv to relax in. Very nice having four or five Tesla chargers with 40 amp charging.

Good hotel to pick in Hixson. Clean, quiet, centrally located close to restaurants & shopping. Very friendly staff & has electric hook up.

The hotel was in a terrible location. It was old, definitely not the cleanest, power went on and off all night long. The staff at checkout were not helpful, they refused to listen, condescending. They insisted they could not give us a receipt, could not detail our charges, saying that we booked through a third party even though the emails I showed them proved otherwise. I called 1-800-HOLIDAY and it was confirmed that we did NOT book through a third party. I cannot recommend this place at all. The young woman at checkin was super sweet however and one of the ladies on the cleaning team. Other than them, no.

Good Stay in this hotel compliant with all the standards of the chain. Pool, and gym are included as well as the laundry room. Quality of the breakfast is alignment at the standard of the same hotels

This HI is the most horrible HI I have ever stayed at. We arrived to find a note standing up on the register stated they stepped away to call the number on the note. The number rang the phone on the desk. We waited for 15-20 minutes before the young lady came out of the stairway door. Never gave any explanation or apologized or anything. I room was very wet and musty smelling. It was also filthy. I don’t think the floor had been mopped in a very long time, if ever!
