Holiday Inn was an extension of my own home!

Thank you, everyone at Holiday Inn Express Kolkata for everything! I appreciate the following in particular:
1. The personale at the front desk, namely Aurup, if I spell well, and Bharti for their care and pragmatic approach to guide the guests.
2. Asruto, Koyal, Prashant and Anushka for their exceptional care, and arranging apt foods for us, at both, dinner and breakfast!
3. Room and the member floor looked quite pampering and thumbs up for a genuinely clean room and furnishings.
4. Admire the guards too for their alertness and ability to grasp the requirements of the guests like asking the cabs to let in and out neatly.
5. Little but warming was to send more water bottles! Thank you, the boy brought the bottles in even at odd hours!

I stayed in this property for 5 nights. I am happy to share that, staff behavior was exceptional. Especially, Manager Ashruta always made sure about my wellbeing during my stay and was always reachable for any information or assistance. Also, thanks to Prashant Roy for his good behavior and assistance on room dine in service. Keep it up Guys. All the Best.

I was traveling on a business trip. The room and staff were excellent — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. I had booked my room on the MAP (Modified American Plan), but I found that the meal options were limited. It would be great to have more variety in the menu.

Need to change the room size, Holiday brand is big, this hotel is really small & open washbasin in the room, Lavetery were small & seperate, Bathrrom were seperate in the small room remainig all good only.

Overall, it was a good, comfortable stay, and I would be happy to return here in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making the stay a pleasant and refreshing experience.
For my next stay, it would be even better if there were a few enhancements, such as a slightly faster Wi-Fi connection for work, and perhaps a few more breakfast options to add variety for longer stays. Having a small gym or a walking area would also be a valuable addition for guests who like to maintain their fitness routine while traveling.

But staff on reception counter Mr Rajat had very good and he offer best service and he is very good personality
Overall Satff are very nice and good smiling always

Lovely hotel to stay in. Cozy, comfortable and on Brand.
Offers everything a smart traveler needs. Amazingly attentive colleagues.
Easy to commute from here, perfect location, proximity to a big mall, in case you are getting bored alone.
Breakfast is included in the package...what more can you ask for :)

Niedawno miałem przyjemność zatrzymać się w waszym nowo wybudowanym hotelu i muszę przyznać, że jest to imponująca obiekt. Gościnność była na najwyższym poziomie, a personel był naprawdę skromny, uprzejmy i troskliwy przez cały mój pobyt.
Jako pracownik ihg czułem się naprawdę mile widziany i otoczony dobrą opieką.
Specjalne słowa podziękowania dla Rachit z Recepcja, który zawsze był dostępny z serdeczny uśmiechem i gotowy do pomocy we wszystkim, czego potrzebowałem. Jego profesjonalizm i przystępny charakter miały duże znaczenie.
Jedynym drobnym problemem, z którym się spotkałem, był telewizor, do którego nie można było podłączyć pomimo najlepszych starań inżyniera. Wygląda na to, że jest to spowodowane problemem z sygnałem, prawdopodobnie związanym ze złą pogodą. Niemniej jednak zespół starał się rozwiązać ten problem, co naprawdę doceniam.
Nie mogę się doczekać kolejnej wizyty.
