Great location, clean, excellent staff

Great value and hotel staff are wonderful! The manager accommodated our requests and went above and beyond to help us when we forgot an item in our room! In addition the kitchen staff were excellent in assisting us with our daughter’s egg allergy by checking labels and offering food from kitchen to prevent cross contamination at buffet. Staff was very professional and loved having access to the coffee and tea all day!
second in a raw awful experience

My last 2 stays at Holiday Inn were real disasters. First time I even contacted the police - no help received, then came home and thought I would not give up on skiing. The latest time I was horrified again.
It was ok experience until I got my breakfast. The elevator broke suddenly, and stuff jumped on me, not letting me leave the elevator in peace. Stuff forgot the English language, which they were supposed to know when they dealt with me. Based on previous experience - the last 10 years, everyone understands English in the Pedestrian Village of Tremblant. Then 2 men looked like doing some maintenance work on a room that was on the other side of a corridor from my room. They did not agree to move away, so I did not feel comfortable accessing my room. They set up surveillance devices from that room, I have to block the door eye physically. Not sure why it's all done for me, as I am a private citizen with no interest in any mafia activities. I am not young to be sexually desired by a random young man. I am not mentally unstable, not on medication, I frequently travel alone or with children across North America from Quebec to Hawaii. Coming to Tremblant from 2005 each year, from COVID twice a year, no issues until this year.

We visited Mt Tremblant for the first time with my 2 kids, the location was perfect, just a few steps to the lift. The lady in the front desk is very hospitable and kind. She always have a smile on her face when we pass by the front desk. It wasn’t busy when we went, we were on the last week of the Ski season. Parking was available down the building. Breakfast is average but good enough. We definitely recommend the property.
Tremblant ski trip

Booked two nights early April for an impromptu late season ski trip and this resort was offering fantastic deals. The twin room suite was perfect for a friend and I.
Perfectly located at the bottom of the village. The underground heated parking was amazing.
Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful for both village information and even assisting with bus schedules for visiting the area. The suite was spacious and comfortable. Hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day of skiing.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Tremblant. The location was great, super easy walk to restaurants and the Cabriolet to go ski in the morning. We could ski right back to the bottom of the village at the end of the day and it was only about a 3 min walk to the hotel. The front desk staff were super friendly, parking is paid, but really easy and convenient. The rooms were clean and mostly updated. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was super clean, but the shower surround is clearly dated. Breakfast was good enough, there was a lot of choices. We would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip.

The location was very good. The check-in and check-out experience is efficient and smooth.
Some issues experienced:
1- The breakfast:
Quality and diversity of the food was very poor. Not enough options for vegetarians or for people who can't eat pork. Boiled eggs were kept in a refrigerator, and were very cold.
2- Amenities:
- The gym, although indicated to be opened 24/7 Hours, was found closed at around 8 PM.
- Available coffee is only American filtered coffee, and no espresso available. Only tea/herbal tea available, and no non-tea herbal drinks.
- Juices available was only orange juice.
3- The room:
- The bed, should be queen size, was very narrow and short.
- The TV screen is very small compared to the distance from the bed.
- The Bathroom was very small, and number of towels was limited.
- The window in the room is very narrow.
- Noise from adjacent rooms every night, after 11 PM.
Valuable Stay with few troubles

The location is amazingly situated in the middle of the Ski Village, so gave us plenty time to relax, eat and take a walk down the village in the morning. The hotel felt warm and cozy.
Our check-in was fine. The guy at night helped us with parking and relevant informations. The room felt cozy, with a nice front view.
Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave in the room. When asked, the guy at desk mentioned that it should definitely be there in the room and exclaimed that he is surprised it was missing. He did not do anything further to provide us with one. This frustrated us and we were too tired to make it an issue since it was only a 1 night stay. However, he showed us the way to kitchen microwave later when asked to heat baby food.
We tried to be very understanding but again the electric sockets near the bed did not work at all. Very annoyed when I realised the socket had stopped working at night and my phone was not charged.
There was no Safe box in the room to keep our valuables (not sure if its provided here). The closet door hinge was loose when opening. We understood that the room needs a good inspection in terms of maintenance with a fix here and there.
Breakfast was fine. Loved the cinnamon buns! Noticed a lot of overripe bananas.
Special mention to the cheerful ladies in the morning who made our day better after an awful experience in the night, and helped extend our stay till afternoon without hassle!
Overall would recommend for the cozy room and the hotel location only.

Stayed 3 nights in the 1 bedroom suite. The room was spacious, with a balcony and nice view. Breakfast was free and good. Ski locker was also big and convenient.
But the room was quite old and really needs upgrades, even the bedroom was big enough, the bed was small. There’s mould in the bathroom and always had an odour in the room, I noticed the odour was from a staff who provided the room service.
The worst part was in 4 days there’s only 1 elevator worked, another one seemed like to be out of service for a while. Lots of people were waiting for the elevator during check in and check out time, many people had to choose stairs wearing heavy ski boots.
The location was good but not ski in ski out. Next time I would choose another hotel in the village instead.

Good service, poorly maintained hotel

The staff was nice but we were highly surprised by the state of the hotel. The rooms and hotel were extremely run down: there was mildew in the shower, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the carpet was gross and dirty, the kitchenette had no dishes at all, the bedding was ripped and the stuffing in the duvet was worn out so much so that you could see through it (the extra bedding in the closet was the same), the gym had an awful stench and was about 30 degrees at 5am. To top it all off there was only one elevator working and we heard an employee say it had been out since the fall....we were there at the end of February. That's ridiculous to hear. Waiting for the elevator at peak times was so bad that people were fighting in the hallways over a spot in the elevator. We have stayed at many hotels in the village and they have all been great so we assumed this would be the case here as well. "You can't go wrong with a village hotel"...well we were wrong. We have also stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past and have been very pleased with them. Between ski passes and food, we spend a LOT of money each year to be in Tremblant for our ski trips (as well as outside fo ski season - we visit 4 times a year) so we should be able to rely on booking any hotel there and it being up to the same standards as other hotels. We were extremely disappointed and will not be staying at this hotel again. Any of the other hotels in the village are much better than this one.
