Very Poor service and bad value for money

There was no food available at breakfast, and the equipment appeared broken or not functioning properly. Additionally, there seemed to be a shortage of toilet paper throughout the facility.

The restroom wasn’t clean. The bathtub wasn’t working properly. There was flies inside the room. The room was smelling bad. Not enough towels. Tv was not turning on at all. Their Dryer was out of service. Lift was only one working . For the breakfast we had to wait 30 min for them to refill the eggs. Stuff at the breakfast area was not nice or helpful either. Such a worst experience I had. I have been their member for so long , I always stay In Holiday inn but this just made me rethink if I shouldn’t anymore. Never coming back to this hotel for sure.

I'm in a wheelchair upon check in room was dirty with blood stain bedding and hair on pillows! Next room was more disgusting after 4 rooms found 1 room but was not handicap access spoke with manager who said I'll receive rewards to my account but nothing happened as of now! Very disappointed for the price I was charged!!

Poorly maintained hotel with untrained staff

Hotel staff is very poorly trained. My wife had to move to a new room because the smoke detector was beeping and then had to return to the front desk three times because they couldn’t move the room In the system and program keys properly.. Hotel was very dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The front desk staff didn’t k ow who the GM was. What would they do if there was an emergency?

Breakfast didn’t start on time 😞

The person task for preparing breakfast was late so we check out and left around 8am to eat breakfast at a local restaurant before we continued on with our travel plan.

The lock on our room was never working. The first time we went to our room there was another person inside who had mistakenly entered. The staff's answer wasn't appropriate.

I never had a bad experience with this line of hotel, but for my current stay there was no key card for 2 days, and dirty room and found someone's else's underwear. Front desk tried to help me, but management was no where to be found. Very poor quality.

Not really my style to complain , but this stay had a lot of things go wrong. The first room we checked into had a really strong sewer smell. We thought that maybe it would fade but it didn't. We asked for a different room. When we opened the door to the new room it clearly had people already sleeping in the bed. Really bad situation to put any guest through! We went back to the front desk to let them know we needed a new room. She didn't even acknowledge what she had just done. Got another room and it was fine until I pulled back the blankets to go to bed. The sheets looked like someone had used them already, clearly dirty. Called the front desk for new sheets. Waited 20 minutes and then had to go to the front desk and ask for the new sheets again. Didn't offer to have some one make the bed or ask what the problem was. I did not get to bed until 11:45pm. It really was just a lot!

I stay in hotels 200 nights a year, mostly IHG, and have never been treated so poorly as I was at this hotel. Front desk person treated me like I just killed his dog, I can’t believe how rude he was. The employee on the Desk the next morning was not much better. These front desk employees need some basic hospitality training. Other guests even came up and talked to me saying how rude the staff was

Very Disappointing Property

Better quality towels and more than 2 in the quest room, we did not even have a bathmat! Also, have all condiments for breakfast choices, such as syrup for the pancakes offered. offer a variety of milk at breakfast , have electronic keys or back ups that allow guests to move freely in the hotel, have water and coffee available for guests during the day. This location had no amenities for guests in the common areas. The bathroom and guest rooms only offered minimal soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I asked for additional pillows in my reservation, but did not receive any. I stay and have stayed in this type of property for years and realize it is a budget type, but I have to tell you Hampton Inns and Marriott has your brand beat by far.

The television/remote didn’t work. The desk clerk came up and reset it, but as soon as I turned it off, it didn’t work again. I was only there for two days, but still. The website says the pool is closed for renovations. When we arrived the pool was open. When checking out, I had some food and chocolate and the outside temperature was 100 degrees. I had to go out in the morning and asked the desk clerk if I could check out a half hour late or so. She said no, because they had 60 rooms to clean that morning. So apparently they clean all 60 rooms at the same time? Instead I had to leave food and chocolate in a car in 100 degrees heat (meaning it would be 120 or more in the closed car) so that my empty hotel room could sit for two or three or more hours before it was cleaned. And that reminds me that my room was not cleaned the day I was there. I forget what level I’m at - I think I’m a gold member. Other hotels I’m greeted at the desk by name. Here, they acted like I just walked in with no reservation.
