I had a very good stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety and quality. I also ordered dinner during my stay and particularly enjoyed the butter chicken—it was delicious and well-prepared.
One point I would like to highlight for improvement is the towels provided in the room. They appeared quite old and worn out. I would kindly suggest that the management consider updating the towels to enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I look forward to visiting again.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with friendly and helpful staff throughout.
My room was spotless and quiet, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities.
Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a wide selection of fresh, hot, and cold items, including pastries, eggs, sausages, fruit, and quality coffee.
During my stay, I also had dinner at the Faya Haus restaurant and ordered aTandoori pizza—which was absolutely delicious. The chef made the meal feel special, and I truly enjoyed the experience. I’d like to say a big thank you to the chef for making my dinner so memorable and enjoyable.
Overall, a fantastic stay. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express for great service, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming dining experience.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived.
My room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless with a strong shower and quality amenities.
What really stood out was the breakfast. It was excellent—plenty of hot and cold options, including eggs, sausages, fresh pastries, cereals, fruit, and good coffee. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, and the staff made sure everything stayed fresh and available.
Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place to stay with a great breakfast to start your day.

Thanks for the improvement and action compliance to this sort of survey when requested through the survey - It has been pleasing for us as a guest. I would recommend for someone to run through reward programmes with the guest to as some of us need to understand better to claim

The bathroom is a see through glass, makes it difficult to take a shower with my 2 year old son pressent in the room.
The hair conditioner is empty so as the shampoo and no extra towels. The hand paper towel was empty as well and never restocked.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. From the moment I checked in, the service was warm and welcoming. My room was spotless and cozy, and I was pleasantly surprised by the room amenities and the beautiful view from the room— a perfect touch to unwind after a long day.
The food throughout my stay was fantastic. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh and tasty. One of the highlights was dining at the Faya Haus restaurant — the steak was cooked to perfection, and the live cooking experience added a fun and engaging touch to the meal. It’s clear the culinary team takes pride in what they do.
All in all, a top-notch stay that exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning!
