our stay in Walnut Creek

Loved the hot coffee in the lobby and the spacious lobby as well. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious as well. Felt like a IHG client all the way. I liked the underground parking as it seemed like the best option but outside the room parking sometimes feels safer.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed

Had a pleasant experience staying here for one evening. The business center is a littke outdated and slow but the staff was very helpful in getting it sorted out. Room was pretty clean and very comfortable and quiet. Again I am begging Holiday Inn Express to offer non dairy milk options at breakfast.

They change for parking

As I said in the survey…. The hotel charges $10 per night for parking. That is ridiculous. There is no other hotel in the area that does this. Plus they block off about a dozen spaces in the front for no reason. What’s that about? Not guest friendly. Also at check in they gave me the option of points or water. All past stays at other locations I received both. All to say I am not going back to this location again.

Nice front desk service. Comfortable bed and pillow

This is a nice hotel for the price. The beds are comfortable and the pillows as well. I didn’t like being awakened very early in the morning by the noise of other patrons opening and closing their room doors, or hearing the person upstairs walking around. The breakfast buffet is mediocre.

Helpful, Friendly, and felt Valued

Our room was very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The staff was some of the best we have experienced in our hotel stays. They were very friendly and made us feel valued to be staying here. They were always willing to listen to us and willing to help us with any questions we had about the facility or the area of Walnut Creek and its surroundings.

I enjoy staying at this location. Easy access to the highway, and there are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. Staff is always friendly and the room are adequate. I will continue to make this my home away from home when working in the area.
