So as an IHG hotel, there’s a certain standard that is expected. This hotel did not meet that standard at all even though it was under construction there’s still the breakfast was horrible. The rooms were old smelled of mold when we went down to get breakfast the workers that are staying there had cleared it completely out and the lady hadn’t made any anymore. They’re not considered of parking when it comes to the workers that are there the construction men that are there have overrun the hotel.

Booked this stay with rewards points after earning my Diamond Elite. They ended up charging my card for the nights I was there, they could not explain why, first it was incident holds with tax, then it was “I don’t know it’s a new system”, then it was “it will drop off after the stay is completed”. Nope charge went through and hasn’t been reversed. Room was mediocre, night stand broken, roaches behind vanity in bathroom, dirt and lint behind vanity, tiles broken, shower pressure was nice though and breakfast was good. Horrible stay, going to use out last of my points and chuck the diamond status and jump back to other hotel brand where I never have this problem.
