The hotel was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was smooth. The breakfast was good as well.

Ashley and Brian were fantastic!! Super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us checked in early and made sure we had everything we needed! This is definitely a location I would return to again just because of them!

Vacation to South Dakota

Newer hotel in a good location. The air conditioning was a little noisy. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The rooms were perfect. When the included breakfast was available, I found that the scrambled eggs were okay. The one IHG hotel had fried eggs. It would be nice to have a choice. I liked that this hotel offered almond milk. Not all offer this.

This was a great last minute find in Billings, MT!

Very nice hotel with a great vibe. Lyric, the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. We ended up booking this hotel last minute after booking at another chain and found the property and room to be unacceptably bad. I’m so glad we found it and will for sure try other Avid hotel!

Fresh the nice clean, pleasant grounds and grass to the lobby and staff; my three business day stay here was outstanding. Comfortable, convenient, and clean. Staff here are definitely high caliper re their commitment to hospitality and just good human courtesy.

This is Avery modern hotel. The rooms are VERY small. No closet—just hooks on the wall. It’s very clean and the bathroom and shower are a nice size. The bed was comfortable. The room is just so tiny. There is not much room for your stuff and we had our dog with us, so they made it very tight. It was very small, but expensive. I would stay again, but not for more than a night.

Clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend!!

We came to Billings for an event at the metra and we will definitely be staying again! Very clean, food was great, and staff was so friendly. Our only issues were other guest related, had a barking dog early one morning, and kids at night running the hall as we were trying to fall asleep. Other than that, this place is new, clean, and in a good location. Will be back!
