โรงแรมดี. สะอาดและพนักงานเป็นมิตร เพดานในห้องพักบางมาก แต่ทุกอย่างที่อยู่ข้างบนได้ยินหมด ชั้นบนจะเงียบสงบกว่า ที่ตั้งสะดวกสบาย การเดินทางไปก็ง่ายดาย อาหารเช้าก็ดี
Over good hotel

The check was easy. The room its self was clean. The shower however wasn’t clean. The wall actually hand a dirty hand print on the wall. I just cleaned the shower myself to ensure it was actually cleaned properly. Had to actually clean the toilet set too, because it had a dirty hand print on it as well.
The rest of the room was spotless.

staying at this hotel was the worst experience I ever had the front desk attendant Jay was so rude and disrespectful to us for starters at check-in. We had just got off the road and checked in three hours early. He had an attitude about us checking in early then gave us a dirty room that smell like dogs we were in a rush to get to an appointment to see my son so we asked for a new room. He disappeared from the front desk for over 20 minutes outside playing on his phone when he finally came in to give us a new room he stated there’s nothing wrong with that room but whatever I’ll give you a new room then we got to the room and asked for extra blankets. He gave us pushback about giving us extra blankets and when I asked if you could bring them to the room please. He told me no that this is in a full service Hotel and then I need to get them myself then the next day he knocked on our room door and said that he smelt weed instead he needed to come into our room and smell our room to make sure we weren’t smoking weed. Keep in mind we have two small children and will never do any type of substances in front of them so he pushed past me and came in our room and sniffed it and said that there’s towels at the door so we must be smoking weed but towels are my children previous night when confronted about his rude and disrespectful behavior, he laughed in our face and told us it was fine if we never came back to that hotel again we have been regular since the hotel has open and never experienced such disrespect and discrimination in our lives, I will never be going back to that hotel

Worst service from “J” ever received in my life from any hotel. Rooms stink, ants on floors, bed and ice machine. If you complain, Retaliation of harassment. No responses from management, customer service etc. HARD PASS
Great Value but need to do sth with pool

We stayed for two nights since the kid could swim in the indoor pool, and visited Hershey Park by car about 15min. The walk-around space in room is comparatively smaller than Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. There is only a small wall-mounted desk which might not be friendly for someone stays for long or for business travel. Nevertheless, there is a mini fridge in every room but ice machine, micro wave, and ice maker in public area. Although our room was on the opposite to the main way which was quiet but at night and in early morning we could still hear the noises from the upper room. Luckily our neighbors were quiet. The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple without pan cake maker which my kid had expected. I guess in order to keep the pool clean, there were too much sanitary stuff in it so that the bleach smell on my fingers stayed for long, the hair turned to be dry and rough, the kid's swimming suit was even dyed from navy blue to biege color. Sadly the kid got rash when leaving the hotel. Hopefully the hotel management could improve the pool water in other way. All in all, it's a great value IHG branch.

comfortable hotel - only complaint was people in parking lot were loud adjacent to our room but that is not hotel's fault.
Lack of Staff

The hotel recently opened and is therefore very clean. However, they appeared to forget to hire staff. The staff members that checked me in and out were very friendly and patient. My concern is that there was only 1 staff member checking in a long line of guest. When I checked out 1 staff member was both checking guests out and serving breakfast. They both did the very best that they could but were doing the job of 2 or 3 people.

Checked into another property and had to leave. The gentleman at the desk was so very kind as it was after midnight and saw how tired we were. He moved swiftly and offered us beverages. As another GM, I want to applaud you, on training your team!

The hotel overall was fine. The room was clean, though it had an unpleasant odor that lasted our entire stay. The hotel itself was mostly clean, and the breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly upon check-in. Ingress and egress to the property were a bit challenging. I had higher hopes going into our stay.

Very confusing to enter and exit the hotel. Your next to a truck stop so you hear truck noise if you on a roadside room. Pool tucked! Contruction material and dust and over.

Visiting Hershey, Last year we stayed across the street it was ok but this was cleaner, more comfortable and easy to access
