Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower with a spacious bathroom. The ambassador was kind, however there were no eggs, no potatoes, no silverware, and no butter at 8:00 am .

Loved this place , was in town on business and loved every day I was here .
I will always come back here on anymore future stays..

Hotel overall was fine. People were nice. I picked this hotel in particular because it advertised E.V. Chargers. Of the six only one was working. First night we could’ve charge and was told maybe it was my vehicle. But I saw others there so second night I switched up and that one was working. So only one worked.

Didn't realize there wasn't a coffee pot or microwave in the room. Having to use a key card to activate the lights. Bed and pillows were horrible. Bathroom was dirty (found food on the floor and hair in the shower). Could hear ALL the traffic on the street. Couldn't close the vent on the A/C so the smell of smoke from the fires filled the room

Overall, I’m satisfied with a place is very clean friendly stuff has breakfast in the morning and coffee and tea 24/7

This hotel is very clean. The dog area is very small. Most of the front parking is taken up by EV chargers, which is super lame. Pool, hot tub, and gym are all decent. The ice dispenser is on the main lobby along with the ice buckets, which was a bit odd.
Breakfast demand was really high and they did not have a very good turn around with resupplying food.
The beds are decently comfortable. However, the rooms are similar to being in a college dorm. No additional cozy chair. Very stale. Close to downtown. Decent location.

We enjoyed our stay with Avid. First time staying with them. Definitely will return.The hotel was clean the staff was friendly. Met and exceeded my expectations.

This was my first stay in an Avid Hotel of the IHG family, a bit smaller than I'm used to but was plenty of room and comfortable for my one night stay for work
Would start again and try others.

The room was like brand new. The bedding and bed top quality. Very quiet. Amenities are easy to use
