The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean and friendly staff. The only problem was the guests in the room next to ours. Children were screaming, the father was yelling and a lot of slamming the door. This started late at night and commenced early in the morning. The hotel was not at fault because we did not report the noise.

Went up there to get away for a few days and it was nice and relaxing. Had a balcony with a great view. Extremely comfortable bed and the staff was friendly and helpful

Great Stay in Lake George

The Holiday Inn Express in Lake George Village is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the pool area and hot tub area is safe despite COVID, and the food in the restaurant in the hotel was delicious. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, room was very clean. Bathrooms need fans added to remove steam.

I brought my friend and her kids so that she could have a romantic getaway with her fiancee and so I could spend some more time with her kids. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how great of a time they had, my friend and her fiance were able to relax with their night alone, and the kids and I were occupied all night with swimming.
Lake George polar plunge

The Holiday Inn provided an outstanding experience for us and our large party while attending the polar plunge benefiting the Special Olympics of NY . The staff was very accommodating and helpful the hotel is located overlooking the Lake and very close to everything the town has to offer. Looking forward to staying again next year
