The breakfast buffet was great, just noticed on 2 mornings that the tables were not cleaned off, personally I always clean up my table, but not everyone does, so it would have been nice if staff did a walk through to make sure the tables are cleaned before more guests arrive.

Easily walkable to Disneyland Resort. The free breakfast is a nice perk and it’s great having a full size fridge. Staff was very nice.

My family and I had a great stay here at Staybridge Anaheim. I originally booked a one bedroom suite, but we needed a roll in shower for my sister who uses a wheelchair. The staff upgraded our ok to a 2 bedroom suite with a roll in shower. We loved the room!! This is our second time staying at this location and recommend it to others who are visiting Anaheim. Thank you for a phenomenal stay!

Nice Hotel. We stayed in a King Suite with walk-in shower. Our room was spacious, which was very comfortable, nice layout, loved the kitchen set up with the full sized refrigerator. The room was clean and welcoming. There is a nice Pool, No Jacuzzi. The hotel breakfast which was managed by a very nice and helpful staff had a good variety of things to choose from. My only Warning: the food and snack items in the little lobby store are VERY Expensive. $18 for 2 Ice Cream Drumsticks??? Really??? We didn't get them. There is a $25 parking fee per night. If you are going to Disney there is No shuttle from the hotel you'll need to taxi or Uber which can cost between $10-$15 per ride.

The two ladies at night were nice to get me the room.
I gave 2 stars because the mistreated lady at the back.
I dislike the behavior from the lady who works at the breakfast area. I had a very bad experience at your Hotel on Monday 9/1/25 morning where I still have 5 minutes left to grab food for my family before they close the breakfast area. My kids were asleep upstair. Therefore, my wife and I were in a hurry to grab drinks, bagels, and milk before they close. The lady kept starring at me what I do and my wife too.
At 930am, they put the barrier that you cant walk beyond the line. There was a guy was holding a pitcher from elevator to the breakfast area and ask the lady for Sprite around 9:40am. She filled it up for him full. When I asked her to have Coca Cola fill up in my paper cup, she says I dot not have the right cup then she walked away. What is that suppose to mean? I went to the front desk and asked the guy in mid fifty to see if he get me the drink. He says they close at 930am. I understand, but that lady still hand drinks and food to other people with the same race and she let the other girl to fill her tumblr beyond the line without any issue. I was really mad and not happy already.
I paid to stay at your Hotel and I am not staying here for free why they dont serve me like other people. I dont get the respect here at all like other people. I am IHG Dimond elite member. She went to other people with same type of people and blah blah about me behind my back.
Worst mattresses

Chose to stay here for 1 night before going to Disneyland. Shouldn’t have.
The mattress and pillows were a total wreck and worn completely out. Woke up in the middle of the night with an aching back and neck. Brought the condition of the bed to the staffs attention the next morning. My back hurt the rest is the day and my neck still hurts a week later.
Staff waived the parking fee, but that was the only consolation.

Some aspects of the hotel are tired but staff are great & location very convenient for Disney. Parking is reasonably priced & recommend using Uber for Disney rather than taking the cat out! Wifi isn’t great…..

This Hotel was just what we needed as our home base for our Vacation. Staff were fantastic, rooms were clean and neat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. Parking was convenient, and easy access right into the hotel.

Enjoyed the breakfast, and was invited to join another couple visiting as well. We enjoyed conversation, and both agreed it was an awesome place with great staff.

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly! Not far from Disneyland. I would recommend this hotel. The beds were very comfortable.
