Older hotel but very clean. Breakfast area is nice with glass plate vs. paper. (I noticed this as I stay at many IHG hotels.) Pet fee of $75 is somewhat high for this hotel. Bed is comfortable

The two times I've stayed here, they have exceeded any and all expectations. The front desk staff is very attentive, warm, and inviting. The pool area was clean. My husband said the fitness room was outstanding. The beds are comfortable. Room is clean. Breakfast is unbeatable compared to any other hotels breakfast.

The cons of this stay was hearing the maintenance guy in the hallway talk to a female staff member about another maintenance guy at a sister hotel, and how he slept with that maintenance guys ex girlfriend and that guy doesn't like him because of it. Gossip started and everytime these two were in the hallway talking it was just non-sense flirting. Kind of disturbing to hear all of that, but it is what it is. Aside from all of that, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stopped at the Columbia Staybridge on our way home from Denver. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and efficient. Our daughter was in a wheelchair and while they didn’t have a handicap room available we did get a room with a walk-in shower and the gentleman went out of his way to find a shower chair for her to use. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! My only complaints would be that we were in a room above the courtyard and there were some loud people but they quieted down by the time we were ready for bed. Also, there wasn’t any ice for the pop and the orange juice was out of order but all in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

Next time I'm in Columbia, I'm staying here again.

GPS helped us find the location of this place, but it is a nice respite. The room was clean, smelled good and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the variety of the breakfast foods on the buffet and the food was tasty. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as well.

Conveniently located, easy to find. Everything you need is within 1/4 mile. Bright friendly lobby was also a nice place to relax. The breakfast was amazing and healthy, lots of fresh fruit !!! It had plenty of hot and cold options available. Need to do laundry ? They have a complimentary washer and dryer available. It doesn’t get much better to be honest. Will be back !!

For our extended family (plus dog), this hotel offered a great stay during a long distance move, with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath option. The food was good, the staff was very accommodating (went above and beyond!), the pool was great for the young ones, and the place was clean. Beds were comfy. When they were fully booked and we had to extend our stay unexpectedly, the front desk worker even took the time to call around to places in the area to see if she could help us find a place to stay until we got into our house. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is great, the staff is absolutely outstanding and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Have had a couple issues with rooms during stays and they addressed and fixed the issues immediately without hesitation. I would suggest booking in advance because the hotel seems to always be booked for stays over 3 days. Kudos to the General Manager for building such an amazing team of staff members and ensuring that they are customer focused......I dont see that very often anymore and travel weekly for my job.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and was exactly what we needed while we moved our daughter into her apartment for college. The kitchen and appliances helped us save money on food, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The free breakfast was great as well. The only issue we had was parking. The parking lot is small and it is hard to find spots if you arrive late. However, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and found a place for us to park our truck.

This hotel was probably the BEST HOTEL my family has ever stay in. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our time there! And the breakfast bar was like going to a restaurant breakfast buffet! It was UNBELIEVABLE! The staff were all very friendly. Just everything about this stay was AMAZING!!!

I selected the Staybridge from an internet search for hotels in close proximity to the interstate, as Columbia, MO was our halfway point in the trip. It was great, room was big and very comfortable. If you are towing a trailer, however, and I was towing 6 X 12, parking is very limited and turns are tight and I recommend The Drury Inn, which is right in front of it. Otherwise, It is a great choice of Hotels.

This hotel has all the bells and whistles. Great lounge area rooms are super clean and spacious for a long stay!! Will be back for sure! Super close to many options to eat and shop as well as visits to college campus.
