Comfortable bed and homelike atmosphere

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful! The rooms are more like a home atmosphere. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, full dishwasher, sink, 2 burner stove top, microwave. Everything that you would need. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. I enjoyed the separate living area to watch television. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus as well!! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed this hotel, clean and the service was great. The complementary laundry room was a huge plus. The breakfast was wonderful and the evening buffet was so handy since I didn’t have to leave to eat dinner or have a glass of wine or a beer. All of which was complementary. I will be staying here again with my family. Love this place.

Overall, this was a great extended stay location. Room was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom doors in a few rooms I visited did not fully lock/close but that would not be a reason to not stay again. Just something to note! I really would recommend staying here. If you are up for a good walk, it is about 40 minutes from the center of UofA campus but the local bus also stops right in front of the hotel area and the trip is super quick!
Only con I saw was food did not seem to accommodate allergens and there were not specific signage about them. If someone is looking for specific things, you may find yourself eating outside of the hotel (really awesome Mexican spot across the street!) What I did eat was really tasty and a lot of people for my conference thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Just those with allergens had to be a bit more mindful (i.e. requested a plant-based milk option due to sensitivity and was told by their team there was nothing onsite).

We had never stayed at this venue before, it was recommended to us by a relative. To say I was pesently surprised would be an understatement. Courteous, clean and efficient. What more could one ack for!

I love it! I love it! I love it. The room was quite. Blown away by the clealiness of the room. The kitchen had everything like utensils, towels, detergent...etc. in my opinion, the true measure of a hotel room is how clean and organized the bathroom was. Every hairline in the room was in place.
The breakfast hours were accommodating, that is one can breakfast very early or late morning. No problem at all. The breakfast content was awsome; a lot of options to choose from. The dinner was a bonus.
The front desk management was great and super-professional to a fault by my estimate.
I love it!!!!!!

The desk clerk was always courteous and helpful. My elderly mom didn’t feel well enough to attend our early afternoon event so she extended our check out to allow her to rest in the room before our departure. If not, we would have had to miss our event. So very thankful she was able to accommodate us.

This trip was our second time staying at this location and we loved it both times. The customer service was excellent and he informed us of all the amenities at the hotel. The room was spectacular and actually included more than we expected (larger fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner oven). We will definitely return in the future.

The breakfast was great, so many options! The room was very nice and spacious. The only bad thing was that the couch bed was all springs!

The staff at this location was helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their humor and quick fixes. Would recommend Codi for a raise and promotion.

The location is Southwest Fayetteville. Just a quick hop off of the highway but not so close to it to hear it. You can be anywhere in Fayetteville in 15 minutes or less. The drive to downtown is about 10 minutes where all the food is. If you’re looking for a more private, less demanding visit, shop for meals you’d cook during your stay and keep it in the fridge in your kitchen until your ready to cook.
MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY!!
They have a wash station for your bike.
Like I stated in the title,
Plan to stay longer. The cost will permit it and you will be glad you did.
