I traveled to the area for the local university. I wanted to prepare a meal in my room and required extra kitchen tools. I approached housekeeping to ask for tools. She was very prompt and gracious in gathering and delivering items to my room.

Great place to stay. Great room with awesome bed. Prices are very good and staff are friendly and helpful. Quiet place too with no outside noise to deal with.

I was in a king suite and the size and esthetics were great but the comfort was not. The AC in our suite did not work and the thermostat did not read below 79 all night. The cleanliness could have been better. I found an old cigarette butt in the kitchen trashcan and for some reason there was a Rubbermaid pitcher in the refrigerator. I almost stepped on a small thumb tack type of object on the floor. The stay would have been wonderful if the room was cleaner and the AC worked. The price was great for the type of room and the lobby was immaculate. Hopefully these issues can be corrected soon.

The room had a dirty washcloth in it when we arrived and just didn’t appear clean. We told the front desk attendant and there was no offer for room credit. For 2 nights we paid over $1,100 so it was insanely marked up for Parents Weekend. Not happy at all. Definitely not going back.
Nice property, check your AC unit!!

The property is nice, rooms are nice we did have an issue with the AC making noise, reported to front desk and they were supposed to take a look, well the next night when we returned to the room, the noise was worse. So 2 nights of bad sleep and simply a "sorry about that" from the front desk!

Overall decent stay with the offered amenities and the guest appreciation days however the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use a huge enhancement

Everything was perfect from the check in receptionist to all of the amenities that are offered and the free breakfast was so good and they have a little of everything

My Wife and I arrived in Town early on our check-in day. We were greeted warmly by our Host and told there were no rooms ready for check-in as of yet. I asked if we could wait in the lobby until check in time, YES! Was the answer. We were given access to the Hotel WiFi and offered Coffee. About 45 mins. Latter we were checked in to our room. I appreciate them putting us in the first room prepared. Thanks!!!!!

I was on a overnight business trip. I enjoyed my stay and everything and everyone was very nice and helpful the social hour was great and breakfast was also we had bacon and sausage. The only thing I didn't like was my shower had hair in it and it wasn't mine, this was long hair and I have short hair everything else was to my expectations.

I’m still waiting for the 50% discount they told me I would receive in 3-5 days for our terrible stay. Very poor response time
