The staff was kind and helpful. The food was great. The room was dark and quiet we had a good night sleep. The ac was on point. Very Clean and spacious room. Thank you.

I had a great stay. The room was quiet, the bed was super comfortable, and I slept better than I had in a long time. Perfect place to relax and recharge. I’d definitely come back!

I recommend this hotel. It’s comfortable and it has everything. Comfy beds and good a/c. Good breakfast and afternoon wine/hot snacks. Kind and helpful staff. The pool looks nice too but I didn’t use it.

Beautiful hotel room, first time in a Staybridge Suite Hotel. Selected this hotel for the location as I was attending something near of the location. Not expected a complete room hotel with Kitchen, and living-dining room.

ALWAYS enjoy my stays at Staybridge San Pedro !! The staff is very warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and you feel safe staying here. The property is located close to many dining and shopping areas, a lot within a short walking distance. My go to place when in this area of Monterrey !

Outdate gym and always late breakfast

Gym in the hotel is very very outdated, machines were bought many years ago and they are not good. Im a gym enthusiast and I dont need a lot to have a good workout but the hotel gym is just bad.
Breakfast - even though the breakfast starts at 6:30, eggs / bacon / other cooked things were never there at this time and you had to wait atleast 10-15 minutes. I was working early so those 10-15 minutes meant a lot to me.
No watermelon for breakfast in Mexico is a disaster. One of the favorite fruits around the world is not offered for breakfast.
Breakfast in general is bad. Not a lot of options.

I spent 3 nights here and had a great stay. The suite was clean and in good condition. Everything worked. Not too noisy, just some typical noise in the hallway during the day/evening, but not late at night.
Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit. I didn't interact with the staff much, but everyone was friendly and useful.

Staybridge in San Pedro Garza Garcia is a perfect hotel. It includes a complete kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and everything you need it. The rooms are like an apartment with everything included. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is amazing willing to help you. The location is also perfect. The breakfast was very good with several options including different kind of fruit.
