Unsettling room

My stay was started by being given access to someone else’s room. I checked in under my reservation and they had already given my room to someone else but didn’t know it. I was still given the key card and was able to enter the room. It was very unsettling knowing they didn’t know they have given me access to another unoccupied room.

We loved the two bedroom suite and the two bathrooms. We had out two dogs with us and the Staybridge made it easy to get in and out of the Suites for our dogs. Plenty of convent parking and lots of grass for our dogs.

This hotel is very comfortable and homey. You are welcomed by excellent staff to a clean room, spacious room. Most staff is very responsive and communicative when needs arise. Do not hesitate to reach out to ensure your stay is amazing. Carlos is very welcoming, charming and the life of the conversation. He could turn (almost) anyone's frown upside down! What a great person to meet. Mrs. Nichole, Mrs. Karri, Mr. Steve, Garrett and Nathaniel were always very prompt to serve and ensure that our stay was going as smoothly as possible. Mrs. Yesenia in the kitchen and Mrs. Jessica in room service were especially great with how they interact with everyone and elevate the comfortable feel of the place.

Would definitely recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Bentonville. We got the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for a small family. Staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well. I would definitely stay again. Pet friendly as well which made our travels easier.

I stayed here couple weeks ago for a Convention for 3 nights. Breakfast is more than the typical hotel food. Happy hour with beer, wine and heavy snacks that equal a meal! Room was super clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The last morning I was trying to sleep late and the girl across from my room was loudly screaming in the hall for her friend to open the door for her at 7am! Not the hotels fault for rude and inconsiderate guests though.

Room door wouldn't lock even after maintenance "fixed it." Missed events at conference because of this. No other available rooms so we left. They still charged us for the night because they couldn't rebook the room. Classy! Food was left in the garbage disposal, room absolutely reeked. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Hyatt House next door. Our stay there was great!

This is a great hotel that I use when I have an early flight out of XNA. I really enjoy this hotel, the staff are fantastic. Its roughly 18 minutes to the airport.
Changed my Room reservation

the room was great, and the location was great. My reservation was changed without notifying me. They informed me that my reservation was changed because of a maintenance issue and when i questioned it and asked about the maint. issue they could not provide anything to me. I have had this happen before and typically they have given the room you reserved to someone else. They look at my reservation and saw I booked it and only showed one adult, so they didn't think I needed a room with 3 beds, but when my family of 5 shows up they lady was shocked. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable, no matter how much padding you placed under you you felt every single spring in the mattress. The ceiling about the shower head had mold on it . beisde that the room was clean nad very well maintained.

A beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast. Shadowed by a nightmare of events. My family and I were traveling for a family wedding in Bentonville. My daughter was staying back and forth with my parents during our stay. The fire department was signaled that there was a fire in their room 3 times. Each time the fire department including the chief entered the room. They fire alarm was hanging by wires from the ceiling. We have pictures out it. My father is a retired army veteran with hearing impairment and they allowed our family to stay in that room. Carlos was a nightmare handling this. He talked to you as if the problem was yours to handle.

Great location, friendly staff at check in, room was in great condition, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and fresh and enough for all to eat. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend.
