We booked this hotel for late Sept after flying in from New Zealand as it was close to the Heathrow. Because of the proximity to the this airport and the great experience we had in Sept we used it again when we were flying back to NZ in mid October. Nice sized rooms, comfy bed and very helpful and friendly staff. The late checkout system is so well suited
for people who are travelling later in the evening - very much appreciated. Also handy for the car rentals behind the hotel!

First time staying in the Stalybridge Suites, as I normally stay in the hotel part on the complex next door. First impression was great by being greeted by friendly staff in reception and being informed of all that was going on from the nightly socials to access the the gym, laundry service and breakfast options. The room I was allocated for my weeks stay was excellent, if you was given this room on holiday you would be well chuffed. Plenty of room, king-size bed, seating area to watch TV, good bathroom and kichten facilities if you wanted the self catering style of stay. Really enjoyed my stay, the evening socials are a great way to meet other guest have some nibbles and a drink and a chance to have a chat with others who tend to be away from home for work purposes. Will be stopping there again and would recommend it.

Good location, very clean, good food & service. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Free laundry ) 2 tokens allowed per day). Excellent showers. Easy on the wallet.

Fantastic stay. We arrived late due to traffic issues (nearing 1am) and yet they made no fuss to get us checked in.
Fantastic customer service.

Had a great stay at the Staybridge on bath road. Rooms are spacious and have a decent kitchen area. Breakfast was great and the morning crew made our day! Cris in the evenings at social hour was also very nice and helpful.

I've stayed here before and didn't hesitate to book again for this trip and once more - was not disappointed. Perfectly located, close to LHR, rooms / suites are immaculate and whilst catering facilities are available within the suite next door is a lovely restaurant off you want to eat out.

Hotel itself was very nice. Customer service however, has been absolutely horrific. When I checked out, I asked them to email me a copy of my receipt for my expense report. A couple of days later and I still hadn't received it. I tried calling them multiple times and no one answered. It took 6 calls to finally get someone to answer the phone. Explain the situation to them and they said they would email me the receipt. Still didn't receive it. Tried calling them a couple more times and didn't get an answer. Finally gave us.

Fast forward to today, a full month later. I get an email saying here is the receipt for your stay that you requested. Awesome! Except, there's no attachment in the email. Nothing in the email that says how much the stay was. Only a link that sends me back to this page where the website tells me that my bill isn't available online and asks me if I want to contact the hotel to receive a copy of it. Are you freaking kidding me?!?!

TLDR: Hotel is nice but, for the love of god make them print out the receipt if you need a copy of it.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice. Any question I asked of anyone was answered well. The gym was very nice. It was easy to get to the airport and easy to get there from the airport. All in all, I was delighted by the behavior of the staff and the hotel itself.
