London’s diverse and evolving food scene presents some of the finest dining anywhere in the world and InterContinental London Park Lane is proud to house the capital’s best Italian restaurant; Theo Randall Cucina Italiana. Chef Theo Randall carefully blends the best local ingredients with hand-picked Italian imports to create rustic fare that continues to attract rave reviews. Theo’s passion for simple Italian fare took him from Chez Panisse in California to Head Chef and Partner at The River Café. In 2006, Theo brought this experience to the prestigious address of No. 1 Park Lane when he opened Theo Randall Cucina Italiana.

Meet Theo Randall

The daily-changing menu is inspired by his regular trips to Italy and dictated by the best seasonal ingredients available from the market every day. Theo has personally overseen the extensive wine list that features 90% Italian varietals, as well as a new aperitif and antipasti menu. While he is a regular on national television, including BBC One’s, Saturday Kitchen, Theo remains true to his culinary roots and can be found at the restaurant most services. His latest cookbook, Verdura, was released on 30 May 2024. Theo also runs monthly cookery masterclasses at the restaurant. 

5 Chefs, 5 Courses, 5 Decades

If ever there was a dinner to mark in the diary, this is it! For one night only, five culinary greats will come together to celebrate 50 years of InterContinental London Park Lane.

On 4th September, Theo Randall will be joined by four of his long-time friends and fellow chefs for an unforgettable evening of food, wine and stories. Can you guess who will be joining Chef Theo in the kitchen? We will be revealing the names very soon…

Each chef will present a signature dish, creating a five-course menu that showcases their shared love for exceptional Italian cuisine. Between courses, the chefs will reveal the stories and inspirations behind their dishes, making this a truly one-off dining experience.

The evening begins at 6 pm with a welcome drink, followed by five exquisite courses paired with outstanding Italian wines.

Tickets are £250 per person, with all profits going to The Felix Project, a charity close to Chef Theo’s heart.

Welcome to our exclusive Wine Dinner Series, where we collaborate with world-renowned winemakers to offer you the unique opportunity to taste some of the most celebrated wines from across the globe.

We have partnered with Isole e Olena, one of the pioneering estates that led the qualitative renaissance of Chianti Classico in the 1970s and 1980s, to host an unforgettable evening featuring a four-course dinner, perfectly paired wines and live music.

Cookery Masterclasses

Join award-winning Chef Theo Randall for a seasonal masterclass in his Park Lane restaurant. Using the finest ingredients, Theo will pass on the expert tips he has compiled from 20 years of experience in the best kitchens around the world. As Theo divulges his culinary secrets, guests will enjoy a glass of prosecco and taste his creations, before sitting down to a four-course dinner with wine pairings, guided by the sommelier. Upon departure, guests will be treated with a gift from Theo.

Theo Randall's Children Workshop

This summer, Theo Randall invites families to don their aprons and enjoy a hands-on culinary workshop designed especially for little chefs. The workshops are a playful introduction to Italian cooking, followed by a relaxed lunch at the renowned Theo Randall Cucina Italiana. While the children are busy learning, adults can look forward to an exclusive Negroni masterclass. After the workshop, families will gather to enjoy a leisurely two-course lunch together.

An Introduction to Italian Wine

Step into the world of Italian wine with an exclusive Wine Tasting experience led by WSET-certified expert Astrit Limani. Each month, explore a new Italian terroir, sampling fine wines paired with antipasti and cicchetti. In a relaxed, engaging setting, you’ll learn professional tasting techniques and leave with renewed confidence – and perhaps a new favourite!

Choose from the Puglia Dining Room for up to 18 guests or the Amalfi Dining Room for up to 40 guests. Both private dining rooms can be connected to accommodate up to 58 guests.

Alternatively, choose to hire the entire restaurant which can accommodate up to 160 guests. InterContinental London Park Lane also boasts a dedicated events floor where guests may enjoy a Theo Randall designed menu with expansive views over London.
