Great looking hotel

For an international hotel, English was a challenge. No bar tender in the Sky Lounge. Rushed dinner on the first night. Could barely get a cab in the morning and ordering room service required me to go the lobby with the menu because of language. Breakfast was good but getting what you wanted with lack of English was a challenge. Even getting a cab was a challenge.
This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. Just frustrating the staff could not be more helpful because of Language barriers.
Great stay except for checkout.

Despite being a new hotel, one immediately notices imperfections in the quality of the construction / installation. Carpets in hallways not fitted correctly, wooden (synth) panels in room floors with gaps....
Staff made an effort towards customer experience, although opportunity to improve customer knowledge / experience exists. E.g. skylounge bar last round pf drinks 25 minutes before closing at midnight.
Five starts for reception team
Two stars for food quality... dinner meal was average; breakfast buffet was more three star quality rather than a five star hotel.

The room 909 commands a nice view.
Although a traffic road is near , the window glasses perfectly block the traggic noise.
The room is clean and spacious.
Hotel staff are kind.
On the roof, I could see the view of river(bay?), boats , a cruise and buildings of surrounding area.
Everything was satisfactory but the location is far from downtown.
It takes 1 hour to go downtown by taxi.
However, a big Cultural center and Wanda plaza(mall) is quite near. - within 10 minutes by taxi.
I had a beef burger for dinner at the hotel restaurant.
It tasted good.
Always warm greetings and comfortable stay

This hotel is my hotel of choice in Tianjin Binhai.
Always excellent service by entire spectrum.
Everyone are all smile, clean large room, great breakfast buffet.
Check in and out is breeze.
They always remember how much I like Chinese pears, put extra in my room.
Beautiful accommodation excellentstaff
