본인과 고객 모두 IHG One Rewards 회원이어야만이 IHG Destined 숙박에 대하여 포인트를 적립하실 수 있습니다. IHG One Rewards 회원 번호 2개 모두 체크아웃 전에 예약에 계작되어야 합니다. 예약 시의 IATA 또는 TIDS는 IHG Destined 포털에 등록 시 IHG One Rewards 계정에 첨부하신 IATA 또는 TIDS와 일치해야 합니다.
- If you are booking an IHG Destined rate through the IHG Destined portal, your IHG One Rewards member number will automatically be attached to the reservation as the advisor.
- If you are booking an IHG Destined rate through the GDS, ensure the guest's IHG One Rewards member number is on the booking as usual, and insert your own IHG One Rewards member number in the special instructions field. Write the word "Agent", followed by your own 9-digit IHG One Rewards account number. E.g. Agent123456789
- If you have booked the IHG Destined rate by calling our central reservations office, or with the hotel directly, or if you forgot to add your IHG One Rewards member number in the special instructions field in a GDS booking, you can add it via the Client Stays page on the IHG Destined portal. Under your stays dashboard you will see a reservation lookup widget. Input the necessary data to retrieve the reservation.
알아두셔야 할 중요한 사항:
- 고객은 IHG One Rewards 회원이어야 고객의 숙박에 대해 적립금을 적립할 수 있습니다.
- 포인트는 IHG Destined 요금(IHG Destined 특별 해택 포함) 으로 한 예약에만 적립됩니다.
- IHG One Rewards 회원 번호는 고객이 체크아웃 한 후에는 예약에 첨부할 수 없습니다. 체크아웃 전에 예약 시 회원 번호를 입력하지 않으면 해당 고객의 숙박에 대해 포인트가 지급되지 않습니다.
- 고객을 위해 예약한 숙박은 본인의 IHG One Rewards 엘리트 등급 혜택을 계산하는 데 포함되지 않으며, 어떠한 IHG One Rewards 특가 상품 또는 프로모션도 적용되지 않습니다.
- 다른 이딸라는 에드바이저의 IHG One Rewards 회원 번호가 예약에 연결되어 있는 경우나, 당사의 IATA 또는 TIDS가 예약에 연결된 정보와 일치하지 않는 경우 경검은 적립되지 않습니다.
