They charge $10 just because one small clean face towel 5'' x 5'' has a stain, they could not remove the stain.
You can buy 18 pack towels like this by $4.88 usd
$0.47 Cents each
Be careful, and don't leave stains because they can't clean.

That is ridiculous, I can consider this as a discrimination.
You can buy 18 pack towels for $4.88 in WALMART $0.27 cents each.

I would not recommend this property. My first room was so loud that no human could possibly sleep in it. When I asked for a different room I was told they were full and that was not an option. Offered FREE ear plugs. I went to the desk and and demanded another room after travelling all day. In my new room after unpacking and setting up my work station I went to shower, where I found a major water fall flowing from the ceiling into my tub...I called the desk and said you have a maintenance emergency and I need a new room. I was provided a new room and was told to take the remote as my new room did not have one. No one offered to help move my things...This was a terrible; worst experience of any hotel I stayed in.

We had a truly awful stay at this hotel. At 1:30 in the morning, my wife, 10-month-old daughter, and I were woken up by hotel staff banging on our door and telling us we were in the wrong room and needed to vacate immediately. This was despite the fact that we had checked into the room they assigned us—which was clearly indicated on our keycard.
As if that disruption wasn’t enough, we were woken up again at 6:00am with a call from the front desk asking for our last name—something that should have been clear from our reservation.
There was no apology for the chaos or the incredibly unprofessional handling of the situation. We lost an entire night of sleep, had to console a crying baby in the middle of the night, and wasted reward points that we had been saving for a meaningful getaway.
The disorganization and lack of accountability from the staff were beyond frustrating. I expected better and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here—especially families or anyone hoping for a peaceful stay.

The Staff at the front desk was very accommodating. I appreciate that they opened the breakfast room early to allow us to bag our breakfast to go. The room was clean, and we had plenty of space for the two of us. We had a room facing the freeway and needed earplugs. I would recommend asking for an inside room or a room away from the traffic.

The Tempe Holiday Inn Express sits literally within 30 feet of a major highway off ramp and the highway itself. In my room on the first floor on the north side of the hotel, the highway noise was deafening and literally never stopped so I got no sleep during my 2 night stay. Should you decide to stay here, make sure your room is on the south side of the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a night. The two gentleman that were on staff the night of check in and the morning of check out were very nice. I wish we were told the hot tub was not working when we checked in but we found that out when we went down and tired to enjoy and relax. We did have an issue with the shampoo bottle and brought it to the attention of both workers.

This hotel was conveniently location right off the freeway and close to food options and shopping. The staff was very accommodating to our large group and having breakfast included is always a great plus.

This hotel was really neat. It had open elevators overlooking the breakfast area and out side.. The building foot print was in a zig zag shape, not the typical straight hallways. As a bonus you could walk to a brewery restaurant that was out standing. It was a shame we were only there one night but we had a flight to catch in the morning.
