Es limpio, cómodo, todo el personal super amable, a un precio muy razonable. Lejos del bullicio del centro, en una zona donde igual puedes llegar fácilmente a lugares como Cholula o a Val'Quirico. En recepción me apoyaron en imprimir mi pase de abordaje sin problema. Disfruté mucho mi estancia.

It was a perfect stay. My visit was related to work but I will stay here when I come to publa on vacation. This the hotel that I will pick again because you guys were fantastic on every angle. I love the stay here and will do it again. Thanyou

I had a not so nice stay
We selected this hotel because it is pet friendly, #1 disagreement we had is that Pet Policies are not clearly shown durin booking process, I have a very small dog that I always keep in a small bag but I was charged as if it was a big dog.
Room space was not so good, it didnt feel like home, like open, it feels sometimes like a very small room although it is supposed to be a suit
We tried to use the pool but water was cold, I talked to someone from mainteinance but they told me all was working good, howerer I could not use pool because of the low temp, even when we have a day planned for that, totally wasted (attached picture of water temp proof, for a nice temp it must be between 30-32°)
Also I feel hotel is located outside centre, if you look for better location, there are better options
Gym is barely a gym it has only some weights, for a hotel like this type for long stay, it has no equipment at all
P.S. I was not recognized as IHG member when arriving also
