Beautiful property if your have a reason for staying in the area.
The hotel is not close to downtown, where the main attractions are located. There is a hospital very near so I did got to hear ambulances running all night long, I also heard trains running during [More] the night, all night, with a loud whistle. [Less]

Good service
By AriG55
the hotel was pleasant although it was more of a business oriented hotel than it was a leisure hotel as they had many meetings throughout the day. the staff was attentive, and the service was great. [More] However the location was not ideal as many taxi drivers were confused upon finding the entrance and the view of the hotel from the bedroom looks out onto the highways instead of the volcanoes. An excellent stay at Staybridge
By Yucatan2
Normally we wouldn't stay at a Staybridge because they are a bit expensive, but in Mexico the price was good. This hotel was also in the same parking lot as a Toks and a Starbucks which was good for [More] us. The front desk woman, Paola, even addressed me by name the next morning as we were checking out! My biggest complaint is that even though they are "pet friendly", the price is more than it costs to stay at the hotel, just for the pet fees. So, our cat slept in the car, since the weather was fine for her to do so. In the future, if it is hot weather, we would not be able to stay at this hotel. I appreciated the free laundry machines, we just needed to buy a detergent pod. Met a nice fellow traveler from Italy while doing our laundry. [Less]
