Frequently asked questions

Spa at St. David's is our award-winning spa, recently refurbished with 300k of investment. You'll find 10 treatment rooms offering treatments by ishga, using organic seaweed skincare, and OSKIA, with scientifically supported nutritional skincare. The spa also features a hydro pool, water beds, sauna, and soothing swan-neck fountains along a tranquil water corridor. Spa hours are 6:30 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday, and 7:30 am to 9 pm on weekends, and we recommend pre-booking treatments in advance.

Our heated indoor pool offers panoramic views of Cardiff Bay, so you can swim laps or just unwind while looking out over the water. It's part of Spa at St. David's, alongside the hydro pool, sauna, and steam room. Children are welcome to swim daily from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and 4 pm to 6 pm, so there's plenty of time for everyone to enjoy a dip.

Our fitness centre is kitted out with Life Fitness cardio and strength-training equipment. Whether you're maintaining your routine or just fancy a morning workout, you'll find everything you need to stay active during your stay. The gym is open to all hotel guests as part of the spa and leisure facilities.

Yes, we welcome dogs at 35 GBP per room, per night, with a maximum of one dog per room. Please let us know before you arrive so we can assign a suitable room. Your four-legged friend can even join you for dinner at Tir a Mor, where we serve a special dog menu with tapas from 5 and mains from 10. We also offer a Pooch Package for the ultimate pampering experience.

There are two paid car parks adjacent to the hotel, both charged at 27 GBP for 24 hours. For the Parking Eye car park, you can pay directly at the hotel reception. For the Cardiff Council-managed Havannah Street car park, you'll need to pay via the machines on site. In and out privileges are included, so you can come and go as you please. Blue Badge holders get complimentary parking in the Cardiff Council pay and display car park, but parking remains chargeable in the Parking Eye car park.
