Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by i THINK this is a newer hotel I couldn't really tell how old the hotel was but it smelled new. Wasn't recognized as platinum. Suite was by elevator and you can hear the elevator real bad. Door didn't align with the frame so I had to lift the door pretty hard to get it to latch. 3 of the 5 machines in the gym were falling apart and the weight machine was half out of commission. Laundry room was in rough shape. The cupboard was the worse stocked one I have seen and is the LARGEST of any I have seen to date. Hotel is off the beaten path and there are NO signs off of the main drag to help identify it. Its an obvious cost savings measure which is used over and over again at this facility with very negative results. Because of all these issues I cancelled the next 6 weeks of my stay and found someplace else. July 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by daily issues My issues were basically that I had to ask for things that should have been there. The television did not work, had to be reset, and then the inconvenience of the television boxes being changed, they cut us off beforehand so we had nothing in the morning. Also unavailable coffee, and there is a broken door in the bathroom counter. The staff made me feel like I was asking for something special when I asked for the tv to work, and for coffee for the next morning. June 15, 2014

I've always enjoyed the accommodations and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. While my reservation experienced a "hickup" this time, staff were very accommodating in rectifying the problem. June 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Snowed in at Candlewood Suites My friend was displaced from her home by a fire. She needed a temporary place to stay and we found the Candlewood Suites online. The staff has been incredible. My friend has some unusual needs and the staff has exceeded our expectations for meeting those needs. Our first stay was unremarkable, I mean by that that there were no problems. The Staff did provide excellence customer service. But, the second stay was during a freak winter snowstorm. A situation like that requires a great deal more than just great customer service. Everyone's nerves are on edge because they are unable to leave the property. The Staff went above and beyond. Everyone was great, I did not get every one's name individually. I did have a situation which was handled expertly by Patrick. February 13, 2014
