Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Heavenly Encounter The Candlewood Suites is a wonderful place to stay, it's a home away from home encounter.I forgot my iron , but guest what , the hotel furnished one.While visiting location I spent less at resturants which can be costly, because the suites provided stove ,microwave,refrigator etc. August 1, 2014

Super friendly and also very accommodating. Both of these employees seemed proud to work for this hotel and proud to be a part of IHG. Makes me also happy to be in with the same hotel group, It was refreshing and almost as if I were home! Thanks for everything!!!! July 27, 2014

The only issue was that the handicapped room was furnished with a single bed, which was not adequate for two people. All the available rooms were this way, so it is a franchise flaw rather than a site flaw. The staff quickly provided an extra bed, but that made the room rather crowded. Otherwise everything was fine, but I'm sure i;m not the only disabled person travelling with a companion, and would appreciate two beds in the room. July 20, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by i THINK this is a newer hotel I couldn't really tell how old the hotel was but it smelled new. Wasn't recognized as platinum. Suite was by elevator and you can hear the elevator real bad. Door didn't align with the frame so I had to lift the door pretty hard to get it to latch. 3 of the 5 machines in the gym were falling apart and the weight machine was half out of commission. Laundry room was in rough shape. The cupboard was the worse stocked one I have seen and is the LARGEST of any I have seen to date. Hotel is off the beaten path and there are NO signs off of the main drag to help identify it. Its an obvious cost savings measure which is used over and over again at this facility with very negative results. Because of all these issues I cancelled the next 6 weeks of my stay and found someplace else. July 6, 2014
