    Front Desk and room

    The telephone never did work in the room. It made me feel a little insecure. The TV had to be turned on by a separate remote and then the other remote controlled the channels.

    When checking out the front desk clerk while not rude she was very slow and did not really seem to want to complete the process for a receipt.

    Not What I Hoped

    The check-staff was very kind. At first glance the room was very attractive and welcoming. Just before retiring we discovered some personal items from a previous guest. The next morning, we discovered that the coffee pot had not been cleaned after the previous guest.

    Credit card was charged MORE than I had authorized and it took multiple days and numerous calls to correct the situation and at the time of this writing the credits still have not posted to my credit card.
