Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding value, accomodations and great service My eight-night stay at Candlewood was excellent. I cannot think of a single thing I didn't like. Staff members were always helpful and courteous. The room had everything a traveler dreams of -- spotless and quiet room, work space, comfortable bed, flat screen HD TV, fast wi-fi and kitchen. I couldn't have asked for more. The hotel has a great exercise room as well as free washers and dryers. Although I was not traveling with my pet, the hotel is pet friendly and I saw numerous guests staying there with pets. The location of the hotel is in a very quiet and safe area with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I would have to say that this was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I definitely plan to stay in Candlewood Suites in the future! December 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good stay...everything you will need! Staff was friendly...place was clean, quiet and well appointed. It was very nice to have a small kitchenette to prepare small meals, and have plates and utensils to eat with. This made our stay seem much better and not so prone to eating off a paper plate on the bed style that we're used to. The mattress could have been a bit softer...but otherwise the pillows were soft and supple, and the noise level, besides our own ;-), was quiet. The sheets were CLEAN smelling too. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Invalid charge on bill My wife and I had stayed here previously and enjoyed this hotel. However, this stay I was charged for long distance phone call I did not make. I have a cell phone which would be a free call and have no need to use the hotels phone. When I called hotel to speak with clerk, she first gave me a 9:16 pm time call was made by which time I was in another state. She then gave me the phone number I allegedly called, 843-705-9600, which I had to call myself and was not an available number. When I called the hotel back, I was given a different time the call had been made and basically called a liar and told GM would not reverse charge. I am highly upset as I have been a priority member for years and have never experienced such rudeness! I will not be staying here again! December 5, 2014

We were comfortable and cozy in our suite. The location is so convenient and parking is never a problem. These folks make you right at home and do everything right. We would book ourselves or any visitors into this hotel as our first choice. December 4, 2014

We did not bring a pet on this visit, but very much appreciate that such a nice place has rooms that allow pets. November 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Went down for a USMC graduation. They let me check out late and a day early with refund for early check out. Would recommend and stay again! Also the staff was very nice and helpful. Even gave a military discount because of the graduation. November 24, 2014
