Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by So, so Room was not what I reserved, requested a one bed suite ended up in a two bed suite, light over sink did not work, tv channels on the tv in the livingroom did not match the channel guide or the tv in the bedroom. Bed seemed to be smaller than a queen and I found it not to be the most comfortable. Overall just not that impressive. August 18, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by What really needs improvement. This is Ted The air conditioners need specialized service. They do not cool enough, especially here in the Great State of Texas where the summer months are hotter than most other locations. Shuttle Service during normal work hours need a lot of improvement, it takes way to long to get to work at nearby locations because of customers needing to also go to the airport, one driver does all the driving and usually will drop off those going to the airport first while other passengers are trying to get to work. The same in picking up after work, sometimes taking over an hour just to be picked up, again only one driver. Wi-Fi is a total disaster. It completely goes off then you have to go through the whole process of signing back into Wi-Fi, constantly everyday. Seems like the front desk has no control over expanding the signal at all.. Very disappointing! Then there are the new people at the front desk, my wife has told me some things that are very disappointing on how she is treated by one employee, seems this person may not like women, he pushes her off, won't answer her calls at the front desk for at least ten rings or until she hangs up. We have been her over 180 days and this is not acceptable treatment by him whatsoever. August 1, 2014
