    Considerate booking and great service in bad weather

    While beginning a new work project from out of town, it became evident that I needed to stay near downtown for a night. My arrival into Dallas was heralded by sleet and snow that nearly shut down the freeways. Staff for this hotel provided me with a room to stay on about a minutes notice. Sleet and freezing rain made it impossible to get traction the next morning from my parking spot. The manager immediately got maintenance to chip ice from the path in front of my tires to allow me to get going. This is remarkable and typical for this facility staff.

    Nice place for extended stay

    Great location, good value. Easy to get in and out of. Decent workout facility, rooms are comfortable, parking was good.

    Nice place to stay with a pet

    We enjoyed our stay; however, one air conditioner was very noisy and would have kept us awake if we hadn't turned it off.

    Having a flight cancelled enabled me to become acquainted with a delightful place to stay in Dallas. We enjoyed the sojourn and were treated like virtual royalty by the staff.
