Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service I had to ask for my trash to be emptied. I requested my room to be clean on July 10 (Thursday) I was informed that my room was on schedule to be clean on July 11, (Friday) had been here for 4 days and to be told my room could not be clean until I checked out was very disappointing. Dog barking!!!! Your staff could have been more accommodating to their guest. There were no concerns with handling this issue. I am not the one who complains; but to be told they can't clean my room was unacceptable. July 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Needed Changes For the overnight visitor a breakfast would be a good addition. I know the extended stay visitor really benefit from the suite and use more of the amenities whereas the overnighter visitor usually does not use the kitchen or many of the other facilities, thus I feel this customer is overcharged and this customer was me. I do not mean to downgrade your facility as I found it to be excellent. It was just more than I had time to use. July 2, 2014

True, they do not do any kind of continental breakfast, and their Cupboard was a shade expensive (but a lot better selection than a vending machine). However, the staff is not only friendly, but efficient. May 31, 2014
