    Very friendly front desk staff.

    I travel the country for work and I will always try to stay at a Candlewood. Perfect for extended stays. The full kitchen helps make it feel a little more like home. This location was no different. I missed my regular cleaning service as I was working nights. And I asked the housekeeper when my next date for service would be. She said that she was going to do it yesterday but I had the "do not disturb" sign on my door. I told her my circumstances(working nights) and she instantly stopped cleaning the room she was in(who had checked out) and switched to mine so I could get some rest. Little things like that help tons when your on the road. Hats off to that woman. Front desk was the same way. Very accommodating. And you cant beat the free laundry. However... The parking lot was somewhat small as I pull a trailer for work. A little difficult to maneuver when the lot was fuller. And what is the story with the concrete curbs at the entrance and exit. Impossible to get out with out always jumping the curb. So narrow.

    service good, room was not

    Front desk staff was friendly. Very quiet on the floor. Hallways were clean and smelled great. Room was smelly as if cleaned with old bleach water, smelled of wet carpet. Bed was VERY hard. Pillows--I always bring my own. Bathroom floor was gross--my feet were black when walking on the floor. I lined it with bathroom towels. Room not stocked with linens or blankets for sofa bed.

    Bad stay

    Need to keep young people off the top floor. Need better pillows, cover on iron to prevent water spills while ironing, more coffee in the room.

    Cable service is poor. It has now been 5 days and I am still not receiving all channels. When I asked at the desk they said it is the cable company but no one seems to be pushing them to fix. Short of that it is a great place. Wish the hotel had a pool though.
