    Front desk staff was friendly. Very quiet on the floor. Hallways were clean and smelled great. Room was smelly as if cleaned with old bleach water, smelled of wet carpet. Bed was VERY hard. Pillows--I always bring my own. Bathroom floor was gross--my feet were black when walking on the floor. I lined it with bathroom towels. Room not stocked with linens or blankets for sofa bed.

    Need to keep young people off the top floor. Need better pillows, cover on iron to prevent water spills while ironing, more coffee in the room.

    Cable service is poor. It has now been 5 days and I am still not receiving all channels. When I asked at the desk they said it is the cable company but no one seems to be pushing them to fix. Short of that it is a great place. Wish the hotel had a pool though.
