Only negatives would be that we had to get a sofa bed (suite) to get 2 beds, and there were some noisy people outside the room the 1st night. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We were able to eat in the room after shopping nearby which was nice. My 18 year old and I were in town for a swim meet. December 17, 2014

As a Platinum Elite member, I stay at many IHG hotels across the country. I am so happy when I find Candlewood Suites. Full kitchen, comfortable recliner and always a clean room. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Choice I did not need extras that added costs to the stay. Candlewood Suites provided a well appointed and comfortable place. I did not arrive until long after midnight and had no problem getting into my suite. I was only there one night, but wanted to stay longer. The fitness room looked inviting. And I like the option of having meals I prepare in my room. There was a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, but nothing extravagant. I had plenty of towels and washcloths. This was a good choice for basic needs. I will definitely look for Candlewood Suites again. December 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value, Nice Room, Great Staff The staff was very friendly, provided us the very best room available and took a lot of time to make sure it was a very quiet room. We had a very complicated reservation (three different combinations of rewards and cash payment) and the staff handled it all very efficiently. The only complaint was a thermostat that seemed to have a reading well above the actual temperature. We just set the thermostat higher than usual. December 2, 2014
