This was such a nice, clean and comfortable place to come home to after a long hard day of play in New Orleans. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff truly treats you like family. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is by far the BEST hotel experience I've ever had! Despite having issues with the Priority Club Website with my reservation the staff at the hotel stepped in and helped me out. They did this BEFORE I even got to the hotel to check in. ALL of the staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The facilities were impeccable. The room was great. Me and my fiancee loved every minute of our stay. We really enjoyed the Guest Appreciation they have every Tuesday and Thursday. Having a laundry room for FREE sweetened the stay even more. I honestly can keep going and going about how excellent this hotel, staff, and overall stay was. I truly appreciate Athena, Candace and the rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable one. There is no other hotel for us. Any time we travel to the area this hotel will be the one we go to hands down!

I love this hotel and staff. They are always very courteous and make you feel at home. The rooms are always clean and fresh, a/c and heat always work great. Will always stay here when I come into town!

AFTER A LONG DAY ON THE ROAD IT WAS GREAT TO BE GREETED BY A PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBER WHO HAD OUR EXACT REQUESTS MET AND AN UPGRADE AS PRIORITY CLUB MEMBERS. THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND AND RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

First Candlewood Suites I had ever stayed and it wasn't much more than a regular hotel room. Would like to have had a choice of a king size bed. Didn't understand why cleaning the rooms was not done on a daily basis. The staff was VERY HELPFUL with all my concerns. Last but should have been my first comment - As a veteran and still active member of the National Guard, I was appalled at how tattered the US Flag was and the hotel had not taken the time to replace it.

As a business traveler I stay in hotels on a weekly basis and I found that the Candlewood Suites-Slidell was able to provide me with the luxury of almost being at home. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted from the Front Desk Agent to the second I left I felt comfortable. The full size refrigerator, cooking amenities in the suite and free guest laundry made Candlewood Suites the brand for me. I will definitely be using this hotel every time I am in the Slidell area.

I stayed at Candlewood Suites in Slidell, Louisiana from January 7th to January 31st. The first thing I did was go down to the front desk and get a firmer pillow.. No problem. My room was very comfortable and was thoroughly cleaned on the designated day. The desk clerks and management were very helpful in recommending good local restaurants and things to do in the area. I will definitely stay there when I return to the area later this year!
