Room was clean and WiFi was good. Bar didn't open til 5 PM on a Saturday and we were there for a wedding. Would have been nice to open it earlier for the guests who were killing time between the wedding and reception. Common area were a little dirty and there seemed to be random non-guest milling about, but other than that it was a decent experience.

I love this hotel and I will always stay at this Holiday Inn when I come home. The beds are so comfy and the staff here makes you feel like you are special. They remember me and always have a smile and are very pleasant!!! The food and the whole atmosphere at this hotel is second to none. Keep up the great work !!

Hotel was OK. What can you expect from Akron? The internet was slow, but that's normal in the US. The bar was lame and they didn't know how to make cocktails. I sure hope I win that contest.

I stay at several hotels on a regular basic for work and pleasure .It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff from check in to the Montrose grill could not be better.

very nice hotel and the employees makes us love to come back again and its a clean place and very warm customer service, the only mistake and the thing i did comment before about they never told us its free breakfast and all our group got breakfast just us and another couple, hope this don't happen to others u have to be careful and I have to admit that ur staff members is very professional and good and human error happens we still going to come back 100%
