Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by business I got 2 rooms for one night stay, one room was fine except missing alarm clock. The other room was missing the remote, the fridge did not keep our beverages cold and no hot water the morning we tried to take shower. The breakfast was not free and I was not going to pay for 5 people to eat there. overall the beds were comfortable. we were put next to hall so everytime someone got ice, a soda or went out exit door we heard the noise. The staff were very nice and helpful esp. Leonard. It was an ok stay but i would have been very upset if I had paid full price for these rooms with the issues. Still waiting on the 600 points to be added to my card 300 per room according to front desk??? June 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff IHG hotels are always excellent value, however what makes one stand out above the rest is the attitude of the staff. At this hotel they are exceptional. My wife used the guest laundry but the drier didn't work properly. This was reported to the front desk. We expected the washing to be dried in the hotel laundry but not only was this done the staff actually folded the clothes, put them on hangers if the items needed them and returned them to our room. The dining room staff were exceptionally friendly and talkative, even the manager was in the lobby on a couple of occasions talking to us and other guests. Fantastic service. June 6, 2015
