Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stop Over Staff are nice. We went this hotel as we needed a little break, we just wanted to relax. The staff were really pleasant & polite. The rooms were good clean but mattresses were too too soft! but the annoying thing was we choose a hotel were we can use the jacuzzi. Just our luck! The staff told us it only broken down a the day before we checked in and it wouldn't be fixed as its so expensive to! but as we got talking to the local members of the club they told us it is always out of order! and holiday inn never get it fixed probably! When we booked we asked over & over again if they have a jacuzzi & swimming pool. So I recommend if you going to stay at the hotel check if the jacuzzi is in order! December 23, 2014

Throughly enjoyed our stay even with a dinner issue which was resolved quickly and without fuss by the staff! Excellent - especially Sam on Reception and Joan on Breakfast! December 20, 2014

Ivan the night manager can not do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. The new menu has a more varied choice than before and is worth staying in for. Would recommend. December 19, 2014
