Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible room The room was horrible. I was even upgraded to this room so I can't imagine what the other room looked like. There were huge cracks in the bathroom tiles, mold around the tub, stains in the shower/tub area. Just disgusting January 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just ok Better hotels in the neighborhood to would try those instead. Initially room provided had a very heavy smoking odor. The tub drain in the second room was too slow seemed clogged. Heart to Heart package arrived after 3 calls to front desk and was an hour later than requested. January 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clean room priced well The room and motel was clean. could tell Motel was older but has been kept well. Enjoyed the inside pool for a night swim in December. Close to several places to eat. In good location. The only complaint I would have is the bed was horrible felt broke down very very hard mattress our backs killed us did not want to lay any longer than we had to. The other complaint was check out was at 12:00 and our keys would not work after bout 10:45 was told cause of time change didn't buy that story since time changed 2 moths prior. but it had not caused much trouble so we did not pursue the issue. Was not to very noisy did hear other people in other room next to us but they got quite soon after we went to bed. Overall a good stay and will stay here again and only hope that next bed is more comfortable in next room. January 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Don't accidentally leave yours items Last year I stayed at the same holiday inn for the same dance convention as I did this past weekend.. I forgot my $100.00 sleep number pillow.. Called the hotel the very next day and they said they did not have my pillow, so needless to say I never got it back.. So this past weekend I left my stupid fan.. I have called for the past two days and no one has yet to answer in the lost in found nor returned my call!! The same thing happened to another parent and she had to threaten them with the police before they called and said they found her items!! Sad! Sad! Sad! January 14, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No wi-fi and no functional ice machines I stayed a miserable 3 nights at this hotel. The ice machines did not work on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. I had to follow a maintenance guy into the kitchen to get ice. When I questioned why the wi-fi did not work in my room, I was given a number to call. The person I called was a sales associate...in Kansas City, MO. She was eating dinner with her family. She did not have a clue as to why the wi-fi would not reach the kings suite on the 2nd floor. Nobody could help me. The air conditioning was humid. I was not satisfied with my stay, on top of not getting assistance with ice, wi-fi or AC. January 6, 2015

Management. and Direction You can tell its had some turnover as the life is gone from the place as staff is not friendly and looks like they have no life.the was no great or thank you for being ihg platinum. Thr rooms have no insulation and u literally can feel thr breeze blowing in the windows. My last experience involved being sent to a room where water was dripping the ceiling tiles were down and tools were on the floor so they then send us to another room that was occupied and they didn't even know the room was occupied. At this point they informed us that they would have to downgrade us bc the room type reserved they had.no more of them. They said no worries we are taking care of the room well at 300am with my son who is asleep I went to.the room and lo and behold at checkout we get a statement showing that we had been charged for the room. Front desk didn't want to help, no management in building so I contacted ihg and emailed and called the GM and never got a call back. December 24, 2014
