Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Welcome rest during a long drive I was thankful to find this Holiday Inn with a vacancy in the very early morning during a long trip south. The young lady at the desk was very helpful as well as being courteous and friendly. Something not often encountered at 3:00 in the morning. I was exhausted and very pleased to find a large well furnished bathroom and a shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the 8th floor was quiet enough. Very nice, spacious, open atrium with a glass sided elevator. I was however disappointed that for the price, there were no complimentary breakfast offerings whatsoever. August 31, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Quality I have stayed at this Property in the Pass and was very pleased with the Staff and Service. This visit I was very unhappy about the Service that My Family and I received. The Front Desk did everything possible but was not able to provide the service requested. We checked in at 830pm that evening and it was 1am in the morning and we were still trying to get another room because it was 80 degrees in the room and the fan provided was not doing the Job, the 3 small kids had to be put in the room with other family members and that made it uncomfortable for everyone. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Meeting Ball Rooms Housekeeping was my only issue, due to the odor in my room. I asked housekeeping if they had spray and the young lady who was on the 7th floor said that it wasn't her floor she worked on!!!!! Prepared workers work on any floor, IJS! August 17, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by actually reviewing August 11-12 stay wasn't posted yet and I probably would not have made another effort which is about what I think about this hotel. Had recently switched from the newer HI Exp because of problems and after this stay will continue to look for decent accommodations. Larger older Hotel which had been serviceable in past couple stays. Storm related WiFi down for 2+ days was a major disappointment. Had to change rooms because of thermostat issues and excessive noise from waterfall and elevator. Next room thermo didn't adjust either. no towels at pool and Jacuzzi is barely passable, no jets just air. Staff seemed disinterested to issues, decent breakfast but overall it doesn't rate a return unless in a pinch. Will be looking to take my 20+ nights/year in area elsewhere. August 15, 2015
