Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel I have stayed many times at this hotel on Business and Pleasure. The Hotel is Pleasant, the Staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. The Rooms are spacious and very clean. I always great Upgraded straight away as a Priority Member without any fuss. All staff are very helpful and curtious Will stay many times more. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful staff, spacious room We stayed at this hotel for 2 days recently to use as a base whilst visiting the peak district. Our room was very spacious and well appointed. When asking Heath the barman directions to Skipton he typed out instructions which were idiot proof and we arrived there without a hitch. All the staff were very helpful, and special mention must go to Luke, he has the patience of a saint, one of the guests who we sat on the next table to at breakfast on both days was extremely demanding and his accent was not easy to understand but Luke took it all in his stride and was very professional (as were all the staff who dealt with this guest). Breakfast was very nice and had plenty choice. Very pleasant stay indeed. April 26, 2013

The staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble and friendly smiles all the time. So well trained! The decor hasn't changed that much in twenty years but it doesn't matter at all. It is all kept spotlessly clean. Guests are made to feel at home right away. The room was enormous, comfy beds and terrific amenities. We must admit to being a bit worried when we saw a big wedding reception there on Saturday night but it was kept well out of the way and we didn't hear a single noise! Food great and a real bargain too. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. April 22, 2013

So I' ve payed one dinner in the restaurante, and in the same evening, You carged on my bill a dinner in a bar in addiction. Yes, you've well understand, I've payed two dinner in same day. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel with good facilities The hotel location is just off the M62, yet there is no noise from the motorway. Reception is large and spacious and I was greated as a platinum priority club member. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained . The restaurant is also large with very helpfull staff. There was a new waiter there this visit who didnt quite know what was on draft from the bar and had to go back a couple of times, but give him his due, hed did it with a smile and was most helpfull. Breakfast was also a good experience with helpfull staff and a fantastic selection. Even a pancake maker this time, thats new :-) The Bar area is also large, very clean and with a friendly helpfull Bar Man. There are also Pool and Gym facilities which I didnt use this time but are also very nice. In Summary, an excellent hotel with fantastic staff. I would definately recommend this hotel April 13, 2013
