We find the Hotel very comfortable, the staff friendly and ready to accomodate any request. The service is excellent and most of all we can really relax. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Smoked room with terrible service at the restaurant. I had only one night stay at your hotel. So I didn't make a big deal out of it. I have got a smoked room on the first floor eventhough I have booked a non-smoked room. The entire floor was smelled with smoke when I arrive and in my room 111 has very heavy smoked smell. I had the window up but it doesn't help anything. In the restaurant there was two issues we have experienced that are very rude from your personnel: 1: I didn't finish my food and I didn't complain about it at all. But when the waiter came to clear up the table he looked mad at me because I didn't finish my food. I wonder, is that a mandatory rule from your hotel to force customer to finish your food? 2: My college, came afterwards and he barely sat down and just got his food for about 10 minutes. He were not finished with his food and still eating. The waitress just came and took his plate and we both said that he is not finished yet, but the waitress were very mad and also gave an expression that we have done something wrong. I really can't understand why this is how your hotell treat customer. I think this is very unfortunately because we are always staying at your hotel when we come from Arbatax before we have to take the early flight from Cagliari the day after. We don't expect super service if you don't want to serve, but at least you don't need to give us a mad expression and at least should never tell us we have to finish our food or not. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No free wifi in 2013 ! And too far from everything... The room is comfortable and the staff is kind but there's no reason to stay there... The wifi is so expensive ! And even if you are at 10 min drive from the airport, there's a minimum fee of 18€ for the taxi... The same price to go in the center of Cagliari where you can find everything to eat, drink... And maybe have an hotel with wifi included ! October 30, 2013
