Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location Having just returned to the UK after 14 nights (43rd Wedding Anniversary) at the Holiday Inn Cherry Hill we would like to say a special thank you to Celia and Debbie and the front desk staff for being so kind to us and making our stay a very pleasant one. To Elma and her staff Jai and Santa who maintained a high standard of cleanliness both in our room and surrounding area. To Mary in the restaurant who we have know from a previous visit thanks for everything is was great to be able to chat to you . Overall a great stay thanks to all the wonderful staff. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fanatstic Service with a Smile I travel extremely frequently for work and I have to say bar none this has been the best service I have ever received. The front desk Reps were stellar. Joe specifically was excellent and went above and beyond to assist us in our stay. I cannot say enough about how friendly, helpful and the willingness to help really made my day. In addition, Juan was extremely polite and offered to grab me a cup of coffee prior to 6:00 which was so very nice of him. I am a Gold Member with IHG and I am only a few stays away from the next level so, I feel comfortable and confident in saying that they offered the best service I have ever had at an IHG Hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. Our visit to the Cherry Hill area was to visit family, but unfortunately they did not have room for us to stay. We were quite pleased with the Holiday Inn room we booked and found plenty of room for 2 people and 2 dogs. The bathroom was clean and the shower was quite comfortable. January 7, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent hotel experience I stayed 2 nights. My room was near the end of the hall and was quiet. The room was fine in general. Towels were pretty light weight. The bathroom was fairly small and the toilet took up much of the room. Finally, the elevators in this hotel are close to the side entrance. My visit was in December and it was cold outside. Every time I walked from the lobby to the elevator (maybe 3 or 4 times during my visit), someone was walking in the door by the elevator and all the cold air came in the door. I know it was cold, but I didn't need to be reminded. I'm surprised they don't have a double door of some sort here. December 23, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Deceptive "Best For Breakfast" Rate I booked the Best For Breakfast Rate with Points and was given a voucher which was insufficient for two average breakfasts. (I tried to post a review with the voucher amount, but it was rejected because it "stated specific dollar amounts," even though a simiilar recent review contained "specific dollar amounts" and was accepted for posting.) The rate description is deceptive. Nowhere in the rate description is the dollar amount of the voucher listed. I will never book this rate again and recommend that no one else book it. It is NOT a good value. As a Platinum Rewards Club member, I used to receive complimentary breakfasts at Holiday Inns (as I still do at other hotel chains). Removal of that benefit is incentive to stay elsewhere where complimentary breakfast is still provided to their top tier guests. Since breakfast is usually the highest profit margin meal for a restaurant, Holiday Inn brand should reconsider reinstating complimentary breakfasts for Platinum level Rewards Club members. It costs relatively little and is a much appreciated perk. December 21, 2014
