Only issue was what appeared to be blood around the tub drain. Housekeeping never cleaned it from a previous customers stay and never during my stay in this room. I even put dirty towels in the tub so they would see it and clean it but no luck. This and internet service are my only complaints. Internet services was my only complaint from my last stay also.

very cold and windy . drafty around the heating unit had to use extra pillows to help to seal up. subsequent nights OK due to improved weather especially less wind.

Wonderful experience for 5 day stay for family reunión - super comfortable beds and pillows, lots of extra conforts in each room, the BEST bathroom lighting and mirrors I have had in 50 years of traveling US, Asia and Europe, super-helpful and efficient, helpful, friendly front desk staff.
This building has been under various chain hotel companies in the past and it is superior in every way under Holiday Inns.
We all enjoyed ourselves and hated to leave!

We recently stayed over the Christmas Holiday.
After a day long drive it was great to be checked in by friendly faces. Staff was very accommodating and continued to be so through our stay. Room was clean and bed comfy.
We had the buffet breakfast each day as an add on to our cost. It was delicious each morning staff was great even Christmas morning The only glitch we experienced was our last morning. The kitchen was very disorganized with a lack of plates,and buffet trays sat empty. We eventually saw refills, but it was just not up to usual standard. We chalked it up to the holiday's day-off schedule.
It also has light food available during the day.
