Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel staff in California I should state up-front that I generally prefer to stay in only the newest hotel locations. This is not a new location. This location is the "exception to the rule" for me. Every time I stay here the friendliness and service I receive from this staff stands out as superior to the rest. The first time I thought I just got lucky and maybe the people I spoke with were just "having a good day". The second time, I thought "wow this is just like last time I was here". After the third time, I realized this is just a great hotel staff. The manager must be hiring good people, providing good training, and setting a good example. Thank you to the management and entire staff for making this hotel such a welcoming place to stay. April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Upgraded Big Time What a surprise to find assigned room is a large suite with a piano, kitchen, fireplace, large fenced patio, dining/conference table. Wow! We actually only live about 20 minutes away; I had booked this HI simply because I needed one more night to finish up the IHG promotion, Accelerate 2016. Spire status typically doesn't yield much at most IHG properties, but clearly this property takes it seriously! Ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was quite good, reasonably priced, plus delighted to find local (Livermore) wines at a very good price. Breakfast was nice as well, opted for the menu rather than buffet (on a Sunday). Might even eat here again when not staying at the hotel. Beats the 1+ hour wait at Outback which is across the parking lot. April 17, 2016

I enjoyed it so much, after my conference finished, i stayed an additional night to recoup from the busy conference just to enjoy the hotel. It was very nice, the staff were all so kind, and I was very well accommodated. I appreciated the refrigerator in the room for my diabetic daughter's insulin to be kept. I also appreciated the HDMI in put in the TV so I could plug in my computer. This was helpful for my daughter. Again, it was a great experience. Thank you! April 11, 2016
