Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not too bad The window allow sound from the highway, it your use to noise you will be fine, the pillows are small, really hard to sleep on such small pillows and the room was either hot or cold, no medium and that was with a 70 degree setting. May 5, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay! A group of friends and I recently stayed at The Holiday Inn the night before the Gazelle Girls half marathon. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy and the staff were very friendly. In addition the location is great. Walking distance to great museums, resturants and parks. I would definitely recommend staying at the Holiday Inn in downtown Grand Rapids. April 18, 2013

Paid for breakfast on booking but only found out at the hotel grille that it was a voucher towards the cost of breakfast and did not cover all the breakfast, Hotel staff helpful. April 18, 2013
