The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant is very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyway staying in downtown Grand Rapids. December 2, 2014

I was very pleased that the housekeeping staff had found the blanket and held onto it awaiting our call. They also made it very easy for us to have it mailed to our house. December 2, 2014

When I check in, go to my room to rest, it's annoying to receive a call from the front desk asking if everything is ok. Holiday Inn in the past gave out drink tickets to use in the bar, what happened to them????? November 29, 2014
