Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We Will be back! This was one of the best Holiday Inns that we have stayed at, and we've stayed at many over the past 2 years. The room was updated and it was very nice to have a microwave and refrigerator that was part of the room. Often, if those appliances have to be brought in for a special request, they do not fit and take up valuable room. Family members have food allergies, making travel and dining out difficult, so it is wonderful to have a frig and microwave. We would have like to have had a breakfast buffet included in the cost of the room and available. That is the only feature that kept us from giving the hotel a perfect 10 / Excellent score. The staff was very nice - the valet guys were cheerful and kind. November 24, 2014

Service at dinner was not the best waited 30 mins for wine and soup ended up comping our table for the wait, so at least they tried to make up for it. November 23, 2014

I was within walking distance to Downtown Disney and a short cab ride to stores and other food venues. The staff did an excellent job keeping our conference supplied with food and beverages during the conference. The only downfall was the hotel had the restaurant closed during lunch so we usually had to walk somewhere to get something, good thing we had and 1 1/2 hour lunch break. I thought the nightly rate was high but then I realized all of Orlando is very expensive. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again. November 23, 2014
