Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasure to stay I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a conference. The whole experience of staying and attending the conference was excellent. The food was excellent, the room was lovely and it was spotless and modern. The staff were excellent and very helpful if you asked them anything and the breakfast staff were very attentive. Whilst we were there I believe there was an airport strike in France or something so the hotel was very busy with travellers who had flight delays etc so the hotel was very very busy and with people who were stressed and frustrated with the delays but the staff seemed to cope with them very well even the stroppy ones. After all it was not the hotels fault there were delays. Highly recommend this hotel. April 16, 2015

Efficient and quiet A/C. All staff efficient yet very friendly manner , couldn't do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. All in all I would highly recommend and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rooms, food, environment, are all quality. The training must be exceptional as all staff are not only polite but are genuine with their approach and comes across sincere. If you dial for room service 'Mohammed' is a credit to the company, after staying in the hotel for a number of weeks his consistent and natural approach wins hands down every time….. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service After a long day at work it's great to arrive at the hotel where Alana is at the priority check in desk, she recognises me tells me I have a bath robe in my room waiting for me, hands over a voucher for points and my key card all with in 20 seconds it's a great welcome and customer service from a smiley Alana. Eat in the Chinese restaurant again really good service along with really tasty food. April 12, 2015

We will especially remember the friendly and helpful attitude of all staff, including the woman who made up our room. Unfortunately we may not return because our experience with Green Motion car rental, based at he hotel was NOT acceptable, both at the beginning and the end of our trip. April 11, 2015
